Cottonwood title is the place to go, where I should have gone. They literally are very professional, cross every T and dot every dingle I. Shop around it matters, when I called it to their attention I got a lame excuse as to why they cut corners. Cottonwood Title would never cut corners or be lazy. Same price, one done properly and carefully, the other (Meridian Title) just lazy, and easy money cutting corners.
