The monitoring services have always been super fast calling me (when I accidentally set off the alarm myself - either noise to the glass break sensor or opening a door without shutting off the alarm first - DUH!). And, they are extremely professional. The pricing for the monitoring services are also very reasonable. I once had a little glitch with the software that was sending me messages hours after I had set the alarm and left home and it kinda freaked me out that it said I had disarmed the system. I texted Matt since it would be a couple more hours until I'd be home again and he responded immediately and helped put my nerves at ease that there was no one in my home while I wasn't there. He explained how to resolve the issue and so far, no more incidents. I am about to call and find out how to potentially further protect the outside of my home with cameras. They are a third party. We recently purchased our home. He said that our real estate company paid for the installation and the equipment. Our realtor had no idea about this deal, when we later asked them about it. He got us on the hook for a 36-month contract and was rushing to get a technician out to do the install the same day. After looking at the contract and seeing some inconsistencies that set off red flags, as well as poor online reviews, we decided to cancel. The number listed on the contract to cancel sent us to ADT and they couldn't help us. We got back in contact with the dealer and were able to cancel, but they did not send the cancellation in writing (another red flag). Overall, it was a shady experience and we are glad we cancelled before we owed a ton of money. DO NOT LET THESE PEOPLE IN YOUR HOME.

Tot was to install road gates in the front an back of our community. It was an over complicated system relying on cell phone Bluetooth to activate the gates. First tot discovered not all Bluetooth phones would work. Also kids waiting for school bus were triggering the gates unintentionally. Then tot SOLD a work around RFID decal to the residents because of tot poor engineering. But still it is an unreliable activation. Residents now wish for the old reliable remote push button system. Just recently an emergency vehicle was trying to pass though a gate but it would not open. If you want a gate system that works, go get other bids!
