He says I can bring it in and he'll take a look and give me an estimate. I'm hoping I can get it back ASAP. I'm able to get there Friday at 5:40 pm, hoping he can get to it before the end of next week. He stops what he was doing. Shows me how to take a few parts off the bobbin area. Proceeds to clean it...it has sticky residue from no-sew Velcro...he cleaned it up. Less than 20 minutes and I'm out the door to work on my project! Larry was awesome! The price was right. The service was excellent. The turn-around time was unbelievable! Thanks, Larry! My daughter's machine will be there tomorrow for a cleaning!

They also offer music, art, sports, and school skills classes too. We just moved here not too long ago from Virginia Beach and my older son attended Gymboree there and we absolutely loved it. So when we got here we were worried that it wouldn't be the same, but after taking their free preview class it was almost seamless. They offer plenty of classes with different age groups so your little one can make some friends...and you'll get to meet other moms too who are in a way "in the same boat" as you. It's really nice to get out of the house and be in a group setting sometimes when you are a stay-at-home mom. Our little ones need social interaction with other children their age, and this is the perfect place for that. This facility is super clean and very well maintained. The play room inside is padded everywhere and really safe so my son can roam around and discover. The Play & Learn classes are structured and have different learning themes every other week, and has plenty of singing and silliness, and of course BUBBLES. My younger son really enjoys it while my older son is now attending preschool. I would say his experience at a Gymboree really prepared him for the school setting (interaction with other kids, learning to share, group time, etc.) Also, this is a nice option as an air-conditioned indoor playground when the summers get hot and a nice haven to let energy out during the isolating winter months! As for the staff, the owner Nicole is super friendly and goes out of her way to make sure we are satisfied with the classes and everything. I booked the class via phone, the CSR was really helpful and efficient in booking the class and providing the information about the course. After paying and confirming my info she said I would get a receipt email and another with access info into the account since there is the online class portion that must be completed before going in person for the second half. I did get the receipt but not the account info, I reached out to their online CSR, they sent a reset password email to help access the account. The online class is pretty informative and can take anywhere from 3-4 hours to complete. There are seven modules in total. For the in person class, it is recommended that you show up 15 minutes before to check in and bring the email or print the proof of your online completed class. The instructor was very helpful and taught efficiently to help deepen one's knowledge and put into practice what one has learned from the online portion. The class was 2.15 hours and went by quickly. Highly would recommend whether it is for work purposes or in general for being prepared for emergencies. Also it's fun to do it with a family member or friend so you can be partners :)

Dance Dimensions has continued her dance instruction along that same path, and has really kept my daughter engaged, entertained, and learning at a wonderful pace. My daughter has had two classes so far with two different instructors, and they've both been fantastic experiences. The instructors are very attentive to what is going on with the students, and for those parents that take an interest in their child's progress (such as myself), they'll engage you and let you know how things are going and make comments and recommendations after classes. She starts her third class there in a couple weeks, so needless to say I'm very pleased. My daughter loves it and is truly excelling at the hands of the Dance Dimensions' instructors.
