This time, she was wagging her tail as she came out! She had a full groom, this included a bath, cut and style, blow dry, ears cleaned and nails clipped. She felt silky and the fact that she was obviously happy in the grooming salon was the cherry on the cake! Thank you on behalf of my fur baby! However, when I returned 2 hours later, my worst nighmare had finally come into reality. My dog was now a unreconisable frankinstien; bushy tail, fluffly head, and butchered body which had been shaved to the skin and while my stomach was turning the pet lodge butcher laughted and suggested that she could have skinned his fur some more. The nightmare doesn't end here; I took him to the vets on the same day, after Pet Lodge, and they said his ears need cleaning- something which I had paid pet lodge to do. I now don't dare walk out in public with my dog. My dog has a serious complex with his new nakedness, and I feel like I have betrayed his trust that he put into me when I left him at Pet Lodge. He now keeps his head low to the floor and he sits curled up in the corner looking depressed- and I know it is Pet Lodge's doings as before I took him he was brimming with life and a very happy little confident- if not arrogant- dog.

As for my baby Delilah.. she's is an absolute dream she was given the best start in life and beginning with a routine to help new parents along with training and become the perfect pet.. she's come home so good, she doesn't cry when left in her crate (unlocked with gate open) at night she's bloody brilliant for house training she's settling in perfectly she's had very little accidents in the house and going to the bathroom outside so well I could not be more prouder.. I was on this ladies waiting list best part of the year as she was recommended by a friend who also has a tinyshires baby (also an absolute dream) and at times it felt so long.. but no word of a lie, it's the best decision I ever made and so worth the wait.. I hope one day I can bring her back to see the team and maybe walks with mum and dad is they have chance.. they are such hard workers round the clock and must be absolutely drained with the work they put in.. but if you see how she is with Her animals then it speaks volumes .. many many thanks for creating and completing my family with the most precious gift I've ever seen in my life!!
