They put our two cats in the same spacious cage. It was full of scratching posts and things to climb. They also let us take some of their own toys in for some familiarly. He failed to listen to the dietary requirements of my cats, and did not follow instructions provided. Fed them kibble they are allergic to. Mocked me when I cried because of how rude he was being, and how worried I was about leaving them in a cold, damp, unfamiliar place. Would not use again.
