The facility is clean and has every equipment you need; I've never once been without a machine I needed. It's 24hrs which is so convenient and the staff is always cleaning, helping people and so friendly- especially Dawson! My favorite part is the red light which can be hard to find. It feels so good to use before a workout. The price is fantastic and the atmosphere is very cheerful. Everyone is respectful and serious about working out and I really enjoy being here. Michael Haskett is and has been my personal trainer the whole time. I come from the Hollywood film industry, 35 years now, and have worked with the best Trainers For The Stars there are; Stephen, who trained Arnold Schwarzenegger during his Mr. Universe period, George, who trained Sylvester Stallone for the 1st Rocky movie, and Lou, who has trained a lot of Hollywood's elite, among other very good Personal Body Trainers, and in between have always had a gym membership working on my own. I benefited from working with them all, however, by far; the best trainer I have ever worked with is Michael Haskett! In the short time I've been working with Michael I've recovered from a shoulder injury that has bothered me for almost 3 years, a rib injury, lower back and knee injuries. My strength, flexibility, and posture have tremendous improvements, again in just a short time! He has not had me working with actual weights, other than Sandbags, only my body. My hour with him per session consist of warm ups, exercise and cool downs, and I go home feeling it, hot, sweaty and feeling great! He has encouraged me to hike, cross country ski and bicycle on 2 of my days off, only pushing it one day. Pretty normal experience here. Staff hanging out behind the counter playing on phones. PF in…read moregeneral could benefit from more cleaning and less playing from staff. More than a few broken pieces of equipment today. If it's treadmills, that's not a problem. However, when is pull machines, it affects my workouts. A street cleaner came through the lot and dusted all the cars during my workout which was kinda weird. Overall I'm still able to work out which I appreciate, would just like a cleaner atmosphere to do so.

The worst. Of the worst. Walked in to class. Checked in. All was well. Went to go pee before class…read more(because I have 3 kids and didn't have time to pee getting them to where they need to go. Also I'm potty training my 2 year old and he had and accident before we got in the car) Anyhow. Still walked into class and checked in with blonde girl within allowable time and all was well.... However because I didn't go SET MY STUFF DOWN FIRST BEFORE PEEING... they told me I was not allowed to attend class. I said I was about to pee my pants and I entered the building and check in within allowable time? What do you mean. She said no exception. I said I wanna cancel my membership. That is ridiculous. She kept trying to agg me on and get me to argue (she was training someone new and I think she wanted to make an example out of me. It just backfired on her because she didn't know I was going to cancel my membership)... anyhow, I had to say two times I don't wanna argue with you... please just give me the form to cancel. Pretty poor business model people told me not to sign up for Orangetheory, but I did anyway. If any of you have a bladder or bowels, this is not the place for you. (The woman who helped me was short and dark hair. Very masculine)
