My kids enjoy themselves and are developing at a rapid pace. Fast forwarding to now I feel confident and safe to have my kids enter back into daycare. They even helped out so much with potty training by offering tips and helping me along the way whenever I had a problem with anything.I can't even begin to tell you all the benefits of this place-they also have CAMERAS which was a major selling point for me so I could check in on him anytime and from anywhere! Staff is so caring and kind-the front desk staff and directors (Ms. sunny, Ms. Jamie and Latoya) were always there to listen to me, offer advice and so patient when I needed to switch days due to work or medical appts. The teachers (too many to name) were quick to give me updates on my sons progress and what they did in the day. They actually do treat you and your child like family. And as most of you know time is fleeting when you see your child grow. It doesn't hit you at once. It slowly envelopes you and brings realization that he's quickly growing up. This morning as I do I walk him to his school entrance door at 7:30 bc he wants to be the first one in. Just yesterday we did our usual routine of talking outside and me asking for one last hug and kiss. He walks thru the door and stands along the wall with some classmates and tells me not leave but to watch him walk down the hall...a city block long... every couple of feet he turns and waves, smiles and continues down until he is just a yellow fleece sleeve waving at me. Then this morning the door opens and he turns quickly and says "daddy, quick last hug and kiss" then through the door starts his walk. This time all alone. Walking confidently, so self assured, he was 6' tall like he was going to work. How does this happen? He's only 5. Just yesterday he was a tiny baby, we napped in the hot summer afternoon and now he doesn't need my hand.....I cherish every moment with him as if it were the last, telling stories under the covers, of two bluebirds that watch him play and talk about him....." We attribute his self assured level headed maturity to you and your program over his 1st 5 years. He is mow the sweetest boy, a good healthy 5 yr old. Hats off! I absolutely LOVE getting the pictures of my little one on a daily basis so I can see him and updates throughout the day about his meals - how much he ate, diaper/potty updates, activities, etc. They use an app called KidReports (they used to use PreciouStatus which I liked better but this is still fairly new) this is used to report out updates and information which I think is very helpful and adds some peace of mind to our days while away from him. This Minnieland is incredibly organized with a curriculum for each age group, menu and communications sent out on a weekly or recurring as needed basis. Of course when little kiddos start they are more reserved about getting dropped off but the staff opens their arms and hearts to the kids and we feel so happy knowing they are taken care of while we are at work. Included are various activities as well such as Ice Cream truck days (truck pulls up and you grab your ice creams upon leaving, or sundae making upon parent pickup on occasion, holiday activities and Trunk or Treat (decorate vehicles at Halloween and the kids get to trick/treat in the parking lot) among other events too that are fun for the kids and families. My Son really enjoys it here and I rate them with 5 Stars!

They have periodic events which my child loves attending and they have good hours. We've had a great experience at Tiny City Academy with our infant. We've been there for about 3…read moremonths so far and he started around 4 months old. The teachers are so loving and clearly care deeply for the kids. My baby bursts into a big smile each morning when we drop him off with his teachers. We get daily updates on bottles/food and diaper changes, plus photos of him solo and him interacting with the other babies in the classroom. The facility is clean, and the admins are welcoming and also know the kids by name. We've loved TCA so far and would certainly recommend to other parents!

They were also able to accommodate a start date several days earlier then anticipated. My kids have been here for almost 6 months! And my how they've grown! My daughter has blossomed into a beautiful toddler, helping take care of the other babies, saying good morning and good bye each day to all the teachers and Ms. Maria and Ms. Lena! We can't start the day without a hug. She loved her infant teachers, and her toddler teachers are amazing!!! And my son, he hates when I pick him up early. He enjoys Tiny City and is happy that his class has grown from only a few to many. He's "the man" in the preschool classroom in the evening when they are combined, which he loves. He enjoys helping the other kids.

When trying to find a daycare provider as a new mom, I knew I wanted to go a with family daycare as opposed to a traditional center and immediately upon meeting Ms. Tasha, I knew I found the right place. The environment is so warm and nurturing. She truly takes pride in providing the best care possible. She made sure she worked with the kids so that they learned something new daily, and even took the kids on field trips. My daughter was so well prepared of Kindergarten, she tested well above her level in the first quarter. To this day, my daughter doesn't go a week without asking about Ms. Tasha and Ms. Tasha still reaches out to check in on her. We are so grateful for everything Ms. Tasha has done.

I will be honest I was not impressed with the previous Center Director. She always seemed angry making everyone feel uncomfortable, not available for follow ups/chats and very poor & inequate on outgoing communications. I have called the KC headquarter a few times to verify the policies and guidelines because I felt like I was mislead. I considered switching but I absolutely adore my teachers in the infant room so made it very hard to make a decision. Well, needless to say I am glad we stayed, Jessica (Assistant Director) has always been amazing throughout the year and new Director, Donna's been great and very responsive which is what I would expect from a Center Director who oversees and in charge of the operation. My daughter absolutely loves all of her teachers in the infrant and toddler room. She gets super excited to see them in the morning and theres been times when she didn't want to get picked up & go home. Made us sad but I love that she loves & feels comfortable with them. Lack of turnover has definitely helped not only myself but my daughter to transition easily. I would give a solid 10/10 on all the teachers I've gotten to know & meet. They are great with kids and it's nice to know they have the best interests in them and I don't need to worry about my daughters wellbeing which is a great feeling & assurance to have. We had a scary experience at another (popular/in-demand) school, after which KinderCare Lake Newport has been a refreshing and pleasant experience. I never have to worry that the school will be closed for random reasons. And they are open during several holidays means that I can use my day off to take care of chores, e.g., the days between Christmas and New Year. The building is surrounded by nature with ample outdoor play area which is a huge plus. My daughter is developing very well under the teachers here!

She has really amazing communication skills which is key in childcare. We have never had any issues and I truly trust them with both girls (ages 3 and 4) .It's always clean and although our schedule is usually too busy to participate, they have many activities going on such as taco night, cooking classes for the kids, and parents night out. The only reason my older son doesn't go is because his school is too far for transportation of before and after care.
