Unfortunately, after a good first scheduling experience, nothing else has been good. Called at least 3 times after the appointment to check on status and follow up, no returned calls. Finally on the 4th call, front desk picked up and told me that the appointment never happened. Dentist was late for over 30mins, this was just for reg cleaning, and family had to leave. No one called to give us an update or even try to reschedule. Very disappointed in the lack of service and probably the last time we'll deal with this place. We should have needed the reviews.

My next appointments keep getting pushed out and pushed out and in the meantime, I'm walking around with no teeth and in pain The general "Dentist" who does primarily all the distractions seems to be the issue here! I read awful reviews and I was confused due to the totally different experience I had. Then I had 5 teeth removed. That's when I experienced what it was these awful reviews were talking about. Originally I had a 5 star rating for this office. The girls at the front are extremely nice and understanding. I made an emergency appointment on Sunday. I had a broken tooth that was causing me a lot of pain. I met with Dr. Abe and he was great! I have other work that needs to be done, but it's hard finding a dentist to trust. He said all the right things and I left very hopeful. I come in on Wednesday and it was like a bait and switch. I do not know the name of the doctor who did the extractions. I had five teeth pulled not one being the tooth I made the appointment for! He had an intern with him he was talking about me like I was not there. I'm already self conscious and he's making noises and comments about my teeth. He then let her know I was a MassHealth patient and he'll explain later but mass health patients are often different than patients with private coverage. He went on to say people like me with MassHealth will come in and once the tooth is removed we don't come back and keep up with follow ups and additional work. I was so embarrassed. Once he removed the 5 teeth I was NOT given any kind of instructions to Care for the stitches and opened wounds in my mouth. Usually I'm told not to use a straw no smoking given some extra gauze. NOTHING. He sprayed bloody water all over me didn't acknowledge it. He cleaned himself off and it was the intern who asked me if I would like a napkin. It wasn't a little spray when I left an hour later my hair was still wet! I tried to schedule a follow up but the doctor left no notes about what my next appointment will be. The receptionist is so sweet, she offered me a napkin to clean myself off and directed me to the restroom. I didn't realize it but there was blood still all over my face. Maybe MassHealth patients would come back to follow up if you weren't a complete jerk! The doctor was young and may be the nicest kid on earth but he needs to practice bedside manner. I had every intention on having all work that needed to be done which is 100% covered by my MassHealth. Not sure now. If I could be treated like a human being regardless of my insurance. Not for nothing at least with MassHealth they know they will get their $$ as opposed to relying on me for payment or copays.

She says she feels safe and happy which is so essential to her dental health. The staff was lovely- welcoming and kind to us both and treated my 8 year old like a person. They walked her through the process so she wouldn't be afraid. Even the office is clean and vibrant with a bathroom in the office and comfy chairs. From start to finish we were impressed. My kids, now 10 and 9, have been with this office since their first dental appointments when they were little. For regular dental care, the hygienists and Dr. Lee are kind and gentle. My kids were somewhere between nervous and... very nervous. The staff is so good at working with kids, easing their worries, and getting the dental care done. My kids are now comfortable going to the dentist and engaging in all of the regular care. My daughter has had some struggles with teeth coming in straight (and some delayed loss of teeth). Dr. Lee is a wizard at gently handling these issues, including pulling a reluctant to fall out tooth without her even knowing it happened. Since then, she's gotten her first wave of braces. in the run up to this process, Dr. Lee was extremely thorough and patient in explaining the braces process, what teeth movement we were waiting for ahead of the braces. when talking with parents (and I assume kids), Dr. Lee patiently, clearly, and thoroughly answers questions. after each answer, Dr. Lee asks if you have any more questions and pauses so you can consider. This has been wonderful as we wrestle with trying to understand my daughters teeth and the braces process. I am so grateful for Dr. Lee's kindness, competent dental care, and clear communication. The entire staff is kind and caring. *I wrote this review after trying to pull up the office's hours and seeing the low overall rating. please note that many of the lower starred reviews are from a decade or so ago. We prepared him for the visit by reading books and watching videos, but he was still very anxious. The office is very clean and modern and had lots of toys and books to play with while we waited, even a TV playing PBS shows. Jessie was our hygienist and she was so patient with him. She showed him all the tools and tested them on his hands before using them. He got to pick out a flavor of tooth paste and she was so kind and helpful when he got anxious and cried. Dr. Lee was very good with him as well and they both gave me some good advice on how to best care for his teeth. My son got to get a prize from the toy machine (a small gumball machine with capsule toys in it) and he was so proud! Thanks to everyone here for making it such a positive experience. The whole team is thoughtful, GENTLE, consultative, and kind. Dr. Hasan is knowledgeable, smart, and has fantastic bedside manner. My husband and I have had great dental work done, and the hygienists have been fabulous. Rarely ever any discomfort or pain, and if I've called out that it's painful, they immediately do what they can to make sure I'm comfortable. Even recently, my 2 year old chipped his teeth and we got him in to Dr. Hasan pretty quickly. She eased our worry (the parents) with a calm and light hearted approach, to an easy-fix situation. She helped to keep my child comfortable while she filed down a sharp tooth, and he did not cry or show any signs of fear - she and her hygienist kept him happy and smiling the whole time. It's actually an open area with about 3 chairs for the kiddies to be examine (there are exam rooms behind doors as well but this is what you'll see once you go back ) and every seat has a TV place on the top of the ceiling so that the kids can watch (as distractions and/or for them to feel more at eased) while being examine , which I think is a brilliant idea! . The place is very clean, walls colors are bright and everyone always greet you with a warm smile. The doctors and assistance are always helpful and gentle with my toddlers even though my kids are throwing fits and crying. I would highly recommend taking your kids here! The environment is great! I wish my kids pedi office were like this .
