Especially as a woman, I sometimes feel the pressure from folks to pressure me into making additional purchases for my car in a way that I wouldn't know better. It's this lingering feeling of being taken advantage of. I never feel that way at Andy's and that's why I keep coming here. They take care of me. If there's anything of concern that DOES actually come up, they let me know and make suggestions, but they never pressure me to buy anything extra than what I came in for. And that really goes a long way with me.

When they started changing the oil, they tell me that there was an oil leak and needed to get that checked out. neither me nor my fiancé have noticed that but were going to take it in to get it looked at. She takes it in today and they say there was a leak. however, IT WAS BECAUSE THEY PUT THE CAP ON WRONG!! you would think an oil change place could do the most important thing to do. Thank the lord she hadn't lost too much and the body shop was nice and didn't charge her. this place clearly needs to do a 180 especially since other reviews have said similar things. And to make it worse they have a dumb AI bot respond to the reviews because I saw one that was 5 stars but was talking about how lousy this place is and the bot praised them for the 5 star review. do yourself a favor and go to Strickland brothers or somewhere else.

Relayed…read moreall this to M & M and requested that they find the cause and repair it, then give it an alignment afterward. We paid for 'repairs' and alignment. Wife said it still felt wrong and still "shimmied". Went back to M&M who told me that we needed tires with stronger sidewalls and offered to sell us some. Later that month, we took it in for its state inspection and it failed for a broken rear swaybar. The inspector showed me the broken swaybar and told me that it was for safety and could cause it to be dangerous in curves because the swaybar evens out the sway of the rearend, what my wife had described as a shimmy. The inspection place didn't do suspension repairs, so we took it somewhere else. M & M did not perform the service requested.

I have an oil leak. They changed out a vvt solenoid and gasket. Charged me $940.58 and said it was…read morefixed. I seen the oil leak spot where I park at home looked wet one day and took it back. I told Scott it shouldn't take long to fix it and I'll stay until its fixed. Scott gets on the phone with the owner and in a smart*** tone says yeah this girl here says she put a cardboard box under her car and there's some fluid under it and she thinks it can be fixed in a few minutes. He tells the owner I'm staying with my car. The owner said he was on the way. Wolfe got it on the lift and was like yeah you leaking oil. The owner gets there and calls in a pvc washer and hose after looking at the leak. He replaces that no charge and says bring it back in when you got 100-150 miles on it so we can see if it's still leaking oil. I bring it back a few days later with 99 miles extra on it. I bring the UV dye and UV flashlight to pinpoint the exact leaking spot. Got it from Advance. They run it through and the owner Micheal Blackmon says its leaking from the timing wall and its a 4hr job. He tells me to call back in a few days because he has to look up the price online for that job. He wants $988 to fix what wasn't fixed in the first place. If you want criminals of Satan to take your hard-earned money, then go here. I reported them to the BBB

I've had nothing but great experiences with these men. They're the absolute best and I trust them 100%. They're always super busy, but take the time out of their day to give a helping hand or explain things to you. I was stuck on the side of the road and needed a new tire one night. Every place was closing and wouldn't answer their phones. Except these guys! They were more than willing to help. They stayed after hours and flagged me down when I was driving up to their shop with a smile on their face. Instead of being rude or upset, they were the opposite. They were so caring and considerate. The guy was telling me he'd want someone to do the same for his daughter who's around my age and help her out in a stressful situation. This last time I had an appointment with them. I needed an oil change and my transmission fluid changed out. They were super fast! They always answer when you need them. They're just a short phone call away. They don't make you feel stupid and are more than willing to help you out and explain things to you. I like them the most because they genuinely want you to be safe in a car that runs well. They don't BS with you and are upfront with information without overcharging you for anything. They're extremely intelligent and do the BEST work. I'm so glad we were referred to them. 100% recommend
