Sheetz is my favorite gas station chain. I love they offer the cheaper 88 gas, and sometimes even do specials that make it super cheap. I also love you can get a simple large fountain drink or tea for a buck, and they actually brew their tea. That said, the locations can vary quite a bit based on how efficiently they are run. This location has been on it every time I've visited. Never encountered a gas line Large drink and alcohol selection Tea is consistently brewed and stocked All cups and lids stay stocked Location is usually clean Bathrooms are usually clean Trash cans at pump not usually full Overall one of the better Sheetz locations, come and get your Sheetz! read more

I love the seating area at this gas station. I'm super stoked that they have new flavors for their red bull energy MTO drink. The food is usually good. Sometimes the self check out kiosks are down which can be annoying bc there's so many people, but for the most part this is one of my favorite sheetz to go to read more

I stopped by here around 4:45pm on a Thursday afternoon because I really had to use the restroom. The first thing I noticed upon arrival was that it was pretty busy. I entered the side entrance because the front was full. There is a hand sanitizer and mask station by the main entrance. There was a empty plastic beverage holder by the water foundations. One guy tripped over it while walking out the men's restroom as I was headed in. The Men's restroom needed a little TLC but it wasn't horrible. While browsing, I noticed they sold dog treats, which I thought was kinda cool. There was little ice cream in the ice cream area. The Beverage station area was dirty as there was cups, napkins, and liquids on the ground. The Made to go container/area had limited options. There is a PNC bank ATM in side entrance. There is also a sitting area. Of course, they sell ice and the typically gas station items including coffee. They have 3 self checkout registers. There was 1 person at a regular register. I didn't buy anything during this visit. Item availability on some things (in general) and cleanliness seemed to be biggest issues. read more

Overall my experience here is good. But tonight was different. I placed a mobile order and for a while I was standing in the lobby by the mobile order pick up while my food already made was sitting and getting cold behind the counter until the cashier asked if I had a pick up order. I get back home to see the app sampler missing portions of the food I ordered. I ordered Boneless wings, cheese curds, and tater tots. Opened the box to see 1 chicken wing, tater tots, and only 4 curds?? Pathetic!! Lmao read more

Sheetz is definitely a go to when you need gas and need to grab a bite and you're short on time. I dropped by this location to fill up my tank and placed an order for a breakfast croissant- maple chicken sausage, cheese, and egg whites. I got all the way to work to realize not only did they get my order wrong (they gave me regular sausage instead of chicken), they microwaved the crap out of my sandwich. The cheese everywhere, which I can live with. But the sausage was so overcooked the edges were dried out and chewy. It definitely sucks because that's my breakfast AND lunch so I'm kind of stuck eating it. On the flip side, everyone in the store was polite and friendly, so here's to hoping the food was a fluke. read more

I'm waiting as I write this review. How there are two people on kitchen, and they cannot fufill around 6 orders within an hour and a half bewilders me. People who got here before me are waiting for their orders. People who got here after me got their drinks immediately. A girl whos been here almost an hour longer than us has been waiting for the other half of her order for over 40 minutes. It shouldnt take an hour for 2 or even 3 lattes. It shouldn't take an hour and a half to fry some chicken for someone else. I hate to be mean to customer and food service workers because its hard, i get that! but theyve been wholly unhelpful. And then we get half our order, and its cold. What are we waiting for, i have to ask, as i watch those in the kitchen make quite literally nothing in a 10 minute span. I went in for a cherry or a blue raspberry slurpy. Each of the machines appeared to be working but neither made decient ones. The cherry was all ice and the raspberry was entirely liquid. I have been here several times and they haven't had working machines. This is a high traffic area but I go during a slower time thinking that they would have them but they repeatedly don't. read more

The Worst Sheetz I've been too. Bathrooms were dirty and mask requirement was blatantly ignored and not enforced. They had signs on doors but about 7 of the 10 people inside had no masks and nothing was said about it. An intercom reminder should have been made. read more

Staff is usually professional, everything offered is usually stocked, and the food is typical of what to expect if you've tried the food at any Sheetz. Lost two stars because the air machine for tire inflation has been out of service majority of the time in a 8-9 month period. I know that Sheetz doesn't charge you for air which I am always very grateful for, but not being able to get air at all with this being the most convenient location to my work is always frustrating. read more

Worst customer service!!!. I walked in to grab some ice and buy some bottled waters. I asked if they offered bags of ice, the cashier (mouth full of eating a burger) said yeah and pointed to the bag angrily that I was interrupting their lunch. Maybe you should have had some one relieve you for your lunch break if your going to get upset at CUSTOMERS coming in to BUY stuff. I went to the counter to purchase all the items with my hands full and asked for a bag and he ignored me the first time. I then asked again and he looked annoyed and reached for a bag, at that point I said never mind and grabbed my 2 bags of ice and 3 bottles of water and left. I hate going into the store of this gas station, the owners seriously need to re evaluate this person's employment. read more

The staff here is always friendly. The store and bathroom is clean. The food is good for a gas station if you're in a hurry or travelling. The only complaint was the other day when I went and got a sub it was like they for got to put the cheese on and just through it in the wrapper with the sandwich. The only fast food place that is literally 24/7, you can eat inside or go through the drive through. Alongside a gas station, you don't have to pay out your butt for soda because you can buy it at the gas station with the restaurant inside. Bathrooms are clean, people are decently friendly. I will admit it, I am in love with a gas station. I grew up with Sheetz all around in the north and I am glad the south is just now catching on to this wonderful conception that is Sheetz. Gas prices are typically normal, sometimes cheaper than it's competitors, but the real gem is the food. Yah, it is fast food, but it is a step above. Everything I have had from the subs, to breakfast items to salads and pretzels have been exactly what I needed when I am on the road or after a late night at the bar. Their espresso bar is decent and way above the normal gas station coffee you would expect. The staff is always friendly and they keep things moving. So join me southerners on the amazingness that is Sheetz! read more
