To be clear, they sub everything out, with the exception of the design: digging, concrete decking, plumbing, gunite, plaster... all subcontracted to other companies, but supervised by Complete. Their team did the design, permitting, and landscaping/irrigation work. The pools team did a great job, and I'm very happy with the end product. HOWEVER.... this review is to comment on my overall dissatisfaction with the company's willingness to honor the landscaping/plant warranties - which they didn't do. Instead, they invoked the "act of god" clause, and left me hanging. The dollar figure is a few hundred bucks, and a little bit of my own labor to replace the dead plants... Given the project was north of 200k, it's a minimal impact, but I'm going to be honest, and state that it left me with a terrible taste in my mouth, and wanted to share it with the broader community. Caveat emptor.

We needed our front yard and flower beds cleared of acorns, weeds and old mulch. They trimmed a couple dozen hedges and two larger trees. They also added new mulch to the entire front yard, and what was fantastic is they picked up and transported the mulch! Three to four guys worked for 3 hours to complete the work, all for an Incredibly fair price and value. I received another quote that was nearly FOUR times what Tulum did the work for! I highly recommend Tulum and we will be working with them on any all future yard projects!

You will waste your money, we work so hard to earn the money so dont let him scam your hard working money. We hired him to get our lawn done on Jul 13th. Demaded the payment, I told my husband will pay after he finish but he did not have money to go on the trip. My husband felt bad for him because my husband type of the guy you know everyone work hard and they deserved a vacation and they should able to enjoy their trip with out worries concernt anything...he told my husband from the begining he moved here 5yrs ago, work for someone and now started his own bussiness for couple years now and has family, work hard blah blah...all the stories teller to gain my husband trust and scam on our trust for him. We paid full payment, took great care of him and his employee, and tip him as well. I am so up set the way people like him made us so stupid that they scam us on our trust for them and now made the whole community bad because we dont even know who should we trust anymore. We work so hard for our money and they scam us so easily. The reviewers he has there I believed in that was his family because this guy a real scamer. We called , texted mutiple times but no call back nor reponded to text message. Now we have to find someone pay extra to finish the job that he left with the money and unfinish. This is very wrong
