And I had a 20 foot tall Pecan tree that died also. When Sal's crew arrived, they informed me I also had one more dead Pecan tree. The trees were a bit crowded, so when the men finished thinning out, the overall effect was very pleasing to the eye. And the crew ground the stumps down, filled the holes and cleaned everything up. It is hard to tell Sal's crew were ever there bringing down those tall trees and reducing it all to mulch. When the crew found the third dead tree (a Pecan) they quickly estimated a price, but it was over my budget, so I told them "next time". Sal's guy agreed to knock off $200, and get it all done so this job would look great, and the problem was off my list. I was not angling for a discount but it made it worthwhile to squirm for the extra. And I realized they were so right when I saw the finished result looked just beautiful with all the trees attended to. Sal, I am glad your guys can "think of Their Feet". Since our job was small, not may people replied. Junior with Saucedo Landscape contacted me through Yelp, came out and gave me a reasonable bid. They replaced the 3 metal poles with 4 and enlarged the holes before poring concrete. Our new side fence and gate are now stable. Thank you for a job well done!

Let me just start by saying I have used this company for multiple projects around my house. They…read morehelped me with French drains (saved me from having water come through my house) removed and replaced a back patio concrete slab that was broken and cracked in several areas, replaced two wooden fence gates that look great and have stood up against strong winds and do not sag. They built an additional slab out back and built a shed with iron dog kennels around it that I use for my dogs when I travel. I have a dog trainer come by to care for them. Way cheaper now than putting them in kennels. We had a new landscape wall installed all the way around our house with a matching front mail box. We get many compliments from our neighbors on that. Our driveway needed to be replaced and they did (once again) an amazing job there. Our front porch needed to be restained and they handled that nicely, it's even clear coated to last longer. Our front concrete steps needed to be replaced and they of course did that for us too. We had next to our concrete driveway, rocks installed as I have an easement there with the neighbor but now I have a wider area to park on. If I have exterior work that needs to get done, I use these guys. I love Kevyn and Jenni and I love the pricing, the quality of work and ease of communication. I saw the negative reviews on them and noticed they never even bought any work. But the positive reviews are from actual clients. I love that I don't get upsold or pushed into sales scenarios.
