We have stayed here several times and love it! The hotel is clean, modern, and everyone is helpful. The breakfast options are good, beds are comfy, easy to get to with free parking, and nice amenities. It doesn't smell either like some hotels. All of this has been consistent every time we stay.

    Awesome rooms.

She was really nice, so big deal since check in is actually at 3. We decided to grab lunch nearby and drive around to a few stores to get drinks and other things we'd need for our stay until Sunday. When we got back, it was 3 pm, we were checked in and on our way to the room. We stayed in room 406, we took the elevator to get our luggage up, but the elevator is all the way around the back corner of the first floor. It's kind of strange. For the rest of our stay, we just used the stairwell as it leads right down to the front desk/breakfast area, and the side and back doors. There's lots of parking and a McDonalds, Burger King, and gas station right in the same lot. Also, you're conveniently located near the freeway and lots of restaurant options! When we got to our room, it was clean and spacious. You have sheer and blackout curtains in both the living room and the bedroom. I loved that they had a ceiling fan. My husband likes to keep things warmer and one night I was so hot, that the fan saved me from feeling like I woke up in Hell. The room also has a full-sized fridge, mini stovetop, and dishwasher. Equipped with dishes, pots, pans, utensils , teas/coffee, & Keurig! The snack lady Marisol arrived shortly after we got into our room, and gave us snacks and drinks. This was a great touch! She came back over the next few days to restock us on whatever we needed (Snickers, Hersheys, granola bars, fruit snacks, nut and berry mix, chips, water, sodas, orange juice). You won't need to go grab little snacks at all! We loved this and were super appreciative for the convenience. The housekeeper checked in on us and provided towels and trash removal as requested. They have two little bins near the desk for trash and recyclable items, I liked that they offered this, as I'm a big recycler at home. There's a sweet man who was cleaning the general restrooms downstairs and he did an excellent job, they were always clean and smelled great! They even have feminine products in the event you need them. Loved the cloth hand towels as opposed to paper towels. We checked out the Wednesday night wine social. There were a few people down there, mostly families. They had a few bottles of affordable wine and snacks. It was a cute touch. The next morning I went to check out the breakfast (my husband stayed behind because most hotel breakfasts aren't very impressive.) I text him, "The bacon is crispy the way you like it and the eggs are fluffy!" He ended up going to breakfast every morning after that! There's a waffle maker, oatmeal, cereal (even almond milk!) On some days there's biscuits and gravy, some days tater tots. Bananas and apples, coffees, orange, cranberry, and apple juice. Pastries, fruit... really great options. The ladies cooking were really friendly, too. In fact, I can't say I encountered a single employee who was not friendly and that is a huge determining factor on how well your stay goes. Our stay was in December, so we didn't have a chance to check out the pool, but we did check-out a basketball and shot a few hoops. Didn't check out the fitness room either, but it's there! There's also a conference room and computer room with a table, saw a family down there one morning, so it's definitely being utilized. They even have a little shop next to the Front Desk with more drink options, snacks, and essentials. My husband needed some DayQuil and cough drops, so it was convenient to have in the hotel. I gave it 4-stars because the furniture is a bit outdated and our sofa was stained. I really wish hotels would opt for wipeable furniture. Cloth headboards and sofas give me the heebeegeebees because you never know what has been secreted, deposited, and soaked up in fabric. Though the hotel itself is generally quiet, I'm unsure if it's soundproofed very well. We would often hear conversations and kids (maybe they were just loud talkers?) But it was never so bad that it disrupted us. Overall, we truly enjoyed staying here. The convenience of the location, the amenities, the friendly staff outweighs the minor dated furniture. We'll definitely be back!

First room had a possible bedding issue so we switched rooms. The second one had a chair that was a little loose, but didn't need to use it. The room itself is spacious with 2 beds, sofa, desk, bench and small kitchen. The coffee machine is available 24 hours but went a little crazy when I arrived. It was fine in the morning. The breakfast was ok. It was skimpier than what I experienced at the Element - Harrison, NJ. The hot breakfast station offered an omelette with 2 veggies and 2 proteins. The turkey bacon looked like a fruit roll up so I took a bite and tossed it. The yogurt bar was really good. My bread was better here since I toasted it. They also offered hardboiled eggs, fresh fruit, oatmeal packets, cereal and muffins too. The hotel had a decent amount of guests, but breakfast just felt skimpy in comparison to the other location I visited. They have a gym, pool, nice lobby and free parking. This hotel was centrally located, ok priced and ok customer service (nice front desk girl at check-in, but didn't really interact with the checkout guy). I would consider staying here again.

The room itself was clean, but the overall feel of the property seemed a bit worn. The carpet and lobby areas looked dingy, and the decor felt somewhat cheap. While nothing was outright dirty, the atmosphere didn't feel as fresh as I would have wanted or expected. On the positive side, the bed and pillows were comfortable enough, and I slept reasonably well. The location was good in that there were plenty of restaurants within easy walking distance, including sushi, BBQ, seafood, and Mexican options. That aspect made it very convenient during a busy conference schedule. One downside: several of my colleagues experienced no hot water throughout our stay. I personally only had warm water, but it sounds like it was a broader issue. Overall, it was a decent stay for work due to the location, but the property could use some updating and better maintenance to improve the overall experience.

I checked into the hotel around 6pm on a Sunday. The reception area was not busy at all, so I quickly got checked in by the friendly front desk staff member. Appreciate when my room preferences listed on my Marriott Bonvoy profile are honored. Bonus points for getting a considerably big room especially when I was staying 4 nights. I also had a nice view of the CityLine plaza below, which offered a decent selection of eateries. In general I had no issues with the room. The bed and pillows were comfy, so I had restful sleep each night. I was surprised by how many channels the TV had, including premium networks, so I didn't miss out on any shows. HOT WATER IS A PROBLEM! My shower was incredibly finicky. I would have to turn the handle all the way to hot, which didn't feel very hot. Then when I hopped into the shower the water would be scalding. I would have to turn the handle the slightest to cold to maintain lukewarm. On one day, the water wouldn't heat up at all and I had to take cold showers. On another day, the warm water turned to cold in the middle of the shower. I found that this was not only a problem for me, but also for my coworkers. The fitness room was tiny and had limited equipment. There were a couple of cross trainers, treadmills, and stationary bikes; one weight rack; one multi-functional power rack, and a couple of medicine balls. They had padded pilates mats, which was good for floor work if you could find the space. I used the gym around 6:15am and was the first person there. All the equipment quickly filled up.

I have long days at work and more to do after hours so I send a lot of time in the hotel and using their amenities. Here is my take on the good and bad. Good: While I have heard others complain of room quality, I have never had an issue . My only complaint about the rooms is the lack of a true refrigerator. The small coolers just don't add anything to the room since the best they can produce is lukewarm. Good incentive to visit the restaurant, bar or service counter, but a cold fridge should be a no-brainer. Which leads me to the restaurant and bar. The menu is small but the quality is very good. The staff is outstanding. I'm a bar guy, and I love this one. Chris, Selena, Sachi and Mani were amazing! They're so friendly and accommodating, and are just the best team members. They should be the standard for the staff. Which leads me to... the Bad. Shen I got to the hotel around 5:15 on Monday afternoon, I still had not received my digital key. I waited in a long line at the front desk to see what was going on. When it was my turn, I asked the attendant/host if my room was ready. I was told no, because I picked a room that wasn't clean. I'm sorry! I don't remember an option to pick an unclean room. While I was asking her when it might be ready, the phone rang and she answered it, dismissing me without a response. Off to the bar to have the staff there lift my spirits. My room wasn't ready until 6:00pm. Unacceptable. Also, 2 of the 3 elevators were not working for the week I was there, and one night when I was heading downstairs it wasn't working either. Luckily it was working after I walked down 17 floors. All in all, it was a good stay. However, it's an example of how small, cumulative hospitality failures can prevent a stay from being great.

Found this hotel using Hotwire by selecting the price and viewing the property name afterward. For just under $50/night, we secured a room here for a mid-week trip to Dallas. This place is somewhat hard to find if you don't know where it is: the sign is small, and it's nestled behind a few buildings. Just turn in when you see a Wendy's, and you can get there fairly easily. Your GPS might get a little confused though. The unremarkable exterior did not prepare us for what we found when we opened the doors here: double french doors open to a high-end-looking lobby, complete with library, several sitting areas, and a fireplace. Front desk is attentive and quick, friendly and courteous. We were immediately helped and on our way to our room within minutes. The room was clean and bigger than expected, with a full size refrigerator, two-burner stove complete with dishes, and a flat screen TV and super comfortable bed. We were nearly late to check out, we slept so well; which rarely happens for us in a hotel! The property itself is very well kept- there's an interior court yard with a gazebo and a pool. Wish we'd brought our swimming suits, because it would have been fun to relax there. Courtyard itself is full of green trees, grass, and flowers, and is well-maintained. Property also has a small fitness room, with towels provided, featuring a weight bench, treadmill, stepping machine, and a bike. As i said, we booked for about $50/night through Hotwire and were really impressed with the quality of this hotel and the customer service. Would go out of our way to stay here again in the future. A bit outdated but it was clean and serviceable. I think this would be good if you had your extended family visiting and they needed a place to stay. We brought our own towels, what they had was ok, just a little thin. Free wi fi, althought you could get an enhanced package and it would have run faster. We would stay here again.
