The rooms are nicely appointed, with no closets but with hangers on hooks near the door, comfortable beds, pillows, and chairs. As part of their sustainable approach, the Casso provides refillable metal water bottles in the rooms for a fee, but with a note pointing out the filtered water dispensers on each floor near the ice machines. The water dispensers have hot, cold, sparkling options. The pod coffee machines in the room have both coffee and tea. The wi-fi works well, and the tv has decent channels and app options. It's very quiet despite its location and even during downtown working hours you cannot hear the traffic. It's a boutique style hotel -- being part of the Autograph collection with all the corresponding amenities. The service from beginning to end was spectacular. It's definitely worth a try amongst the other options in the area and the service alone is worth it.

It's not the greatest location, so when you're in an area where there's nothing to do, I think a nice hotel makes everything feel better. Like I said, I was exhausted, so as soon as hit the bed, I slept like a log. There's just something special about Westin beds. The bathroom was so spacious, as is the shower in said bathroom.... I travel for a living & have stayed at 2 different Delta Hotels ... Ashland, KY & Raleigh-Durham…read more Both were FANTASTIC! My go-to hotel is a Hampton Inn or Holiday Inn. Delta is a STEP ABOVE ... nicer & classier. (I just don't find them everywhere I travel.) Lastly, a common thread thus far with Delta is their customer service. Both places had 5-star staff. I checked in this morning around 2:30 AM. Martice greeted me with a smile & had me checked in within a minute or two ... no antiquated 5-10 minute check-in process. We talked a few minutes & off to bed I went. I wish every hotel had a Martice. He was & is an asset to Delta Raleigh-Durham.

Complimentary parking and upon entering, beautiful lobby. The front desk girl working that night was sweet but didn't acknowledge status and I only learned of the pantry room when I asked about water. Once I got to my room, it was really clean, nice hardwood floors, and spacious. The next morning I walk in the bathroom and am greeted by a huge cockroach on the wall. Literally my biggest fear in life-cockroaches. Before almost having a heart attack, I'm able to spray him until he dies but now panicking as he's lying in the middle of the bathroom and I need to get ready. I walk down to front desk and the super sweet morning agent went up to dispose of it for me, Thinking it's just a freak incident given the hotel but still had trouble sleeping that night. Next morning, I wake and one greets me right beside my bed. I was over it and I grabbed my shoes, suitcase and headed to the front desk again. The gentleman was super friendly and went up to get my items out of the bathroom as there was no way I was going back to that room. Neither seemed surprised by the cockroaches though. Had a late checkout but just decided those hours getting ready/sitting in the airport, Needless to say, I won't ever stay here again. And my 2 star-simply for the front desk agents.

This hotel lobby was a beacon of light! They even had a woman at the door welcoming everyone in and directing the crowd to the bar. I'm sure this was incredibly overwhelming for the one bartender they had on staff at the time but she was absolutely doing her best. My husband and I grabbed drinks from their grab and go cooler in an effort to not overwhelm the bartender further. A lady at the front desk rang us up and she was kind and welcoming. We sat on a couch in their absolutely beautiful lobby and waited out the storm. I'm so impressed with the beautiful space and the welcoming and gracious hotel staff. I saw a group of hotel guests playing a board game at a table. They even invited us to join in but the concert venue had just announced we could go back to the concert. I would definitely like to stay there as a hotel guest if ever attending another show at RedHat. If I lived close by I would be a regular at their bar and regularly enjoy their beautiful lobby.

It was also a short drive from my office and right off the highway; very convenient. The room was a good size -- spacious enough, and had a good furniture arrangement. Some additional drawers could have been useful, but I managed. The desk was a nice touch, with its own lights and electrical outlets. When I wasn't using it as a desk, it doubled as my sitting area to eat. It's not really pictured here, but there is a sofa, for which the ottoman is for. A tray on top of the ottoman could have been used to eat on, or in my case, to be used to toss daily pocket items into. Please disregard the axolotl plush; it was a souvenir for my fiancée. The bed was comfortable; it didn't smell weird nor creak. I am a short person, so the bed was a good height to plop down in and roll out of. The bathroom was immaculate. This is a major peeve of mine, and I was pleasantly greeted with a spotless throne to defecate upon. The shower was also clean and free of mildew, mold, or anything gross you wouldn't want to step barefoot into. There is a mini fridge, below the coffeemaker; there was no safe in my room, but I saw that I could have requested one (I chose not to). Cleaning staff respected the door card indicating that I was either sleeping or didn't want my room cleaned (the latter). I left it there all week and not a thing moved in my room indicating anyone entered while I was gone. Call me paranoid, but I am just not a fan of others being in my space. I can keep a room clean for a week. My only real complaint? Parking. Plenty enough parking -- but at a premium of $15 daily. What nonsense is that? It should come included with the room, especially a LTS. My company is an understanding bunch and did not object to reimbursing the parking charges, but as you can imagine, it was an expected amenity. Maybe it is just a foreign concept to me, but I have never had to pay for hotel parking as a guest in my entire life. Make your money, I guess. All in all, this hotel was still one of the better ones I've stayed at; it is well-kept, in a great location, and the staff are polite. I would likely stay here again.
