If I could go lower I would. Came out for the spring fertilizer application and after a neighbor complained came out again. Asked for a consult for an aeration and overseed. No consult, just came out and did it within about 3 weeks of the fertilizer. The consult was needed due to needing black dirt brought in. Apparently thought seed would grow in the sandy soil. See attached photos of the finished product. Owner said "He stands by his work". No thanks. read more

Company doesn't show up to do the service but bills you for the service and there's no way to discuss this with the owner because he doesn't answer his phone and his voicemail box is full. Save yourself time and effort and pick a different company. read more

We used Spring Green (SG) out of Wyoming, MN for many years. Over the past several years, we noticed an increase in weeds in our lawn. We communicated with SG multiple times to correct the situation. Last year we filled multiple buckets with dandelions we picked from the yard. We told them we were cancelling service in the spring of 2022. Ben from SG offered two free applications to earn our business back and to demonstrate their effectiveness on weeds. After the two applications, we heard nothing from SG. Then, they show up unexpectedly for the 3rd application and billed us out of the blue. We emailed and told them to cancel the service as we still have more weeds than we should have. BTW, we keep our lawn nice and live in a suburban neighborhood. This isn't some crappy lawn to begin with. Ben Mullen emails me and says "Im [sic] gladly cancelling your service." Interesting way to run a business. Have an unsatisfied customer. Try to do right by them. Don't follow up to see if they are now satisfied. Assume they want to continue with your service and bill them. And then, say you are glad to be cancelling them. I would never recommend Spring Green out of Wyoming, MN and suggest you look elsewhere for your lawn care needs based on both quality and service. There are a number of companies out there who will treat you right and take great pride in your satisfaction. read more
