Provide re-usable or recyclable warning flags, I put previous visit flags in the yard the day of service and the tech put two new ones in. Dumb. Last year Core aeration not completed in back yard (regular machine too big) and never made appt or attempt to come back with small machine (which was done 2yr ago). Over all they do a great job. They address our concerns. Only come when the weather is permitting instead of just "getting it done" like every other company I've seen. I am totally impressed with this company. I was skeptical at first as I had used yard care companies in the past. They call before they come. They accommodate my requests. When I had concerns about a couple of spots, they came out and fixed them. All I wanted was a call back. Their customer service is fantastic. This was the worst experience I have ever had with a company! I spoke with Dave at a location in Milwaukee somewhere. I originally called to have service done on my lawn and I spoke to someone at a "Call Center". They went through the options, in which I trusted that they knew what service they were offering, as I told her what I was looking for. She then advised that the cost would be less expensive if I pay upfront for the service's offered. The called was geared more so in paying the cost upfront and how I would save money with this option. I opted to pay upfront and excted to receive a confirmation of my payment and a list of what the treatments were and when they would be out. I never received either one of them. I called (no answer) and sent a message via Facebook. I was then finally called and was told they would send me a breakdown of my services. I still have yet to receive that. I then received a call today from Dave, he was very condescending and was telling me how wrong I was for even asking for this information as the "Call Center" should have done all of this for me. He then went on to say that it was the "Call Centers" fault and said he has proof that they mailed me a letter showing me the breakdown of the service. He, again, was very rude and made me feel like it was wrong of me to have even asked for anything from them and said I was very rude. He then started yelling at me and said he was going to give me my money back, and even during the beginning of the call, I asked him for his name, including his last name, he said I had no right to his last name and it was not necessary. I told him it was, as I may need to call back and I might be asked who I spoke with, and if I told them "Dave" they would say they have multiple "Dave's". He said they wouldn't as there are only 2 people in the office and he is the only "Dave". I don't know how he would expect me to know how the business he works for is setup. He truly continued to yell at me and said he would send my check back (I paid with a credit card) and would not charge me for the one and only treatment I received. He then went on to say how he is going to get yelled at by his boss for this. He then said he didn't want anything to do with me and again said he would send me my money back and did not want me as a "rude" customer. Here is some feedback to anyone from Spring Green Lawn Care, that may care about how their business is being viewed by there customers by the people they hire. First, I would say you need to train them better in how to handle a customer that was already upset with the company due to lack of communication and invoicing. I am sure "Dave" has his plate full with upset customers, due to the fact that the may not have the training and or support needed by the company. I feel that he must have been put into this position and cannot handle the issues that are being filtered into his office and is very upset with his job. I am just assuming this, as I cannot believe how this call was handled. I am truly in shock! I was no where looking to have my services cancelled. I was truly just looking for some service and communication as to what my money (over $300.00) was getting me. I am not dealing with the fact that I will not get any more treatments, and wonder if I will have to fight to get my money back. I will not let them keep my money and will do contact the BBB should I not get my money back in a timely manner. I now have to research as to who the owner is of this franchise to see if I can get someone to help me without having to call the local office and have this type of treatment from "Dave".
