I cannot rely on this company to complete a landscaping job, nor do I have ANY landscaping, now for months after they removed all my old shrubs. I have NO scaping happening. While I cannot blame the owners entirely for this, most of this review is caused from their staff or lack thereof. I have witnessed first hand that when one of the owners is on-site, the workers seem to be fine, but when they are on their own, well, all heck breaks loose. I even had to put a patio camera up to supervise & monitor the workers when I can. This isn't right. I also never leave poor or negative feedback, but I HAVE to be honest here. Lawn service companies "are" having extreme troubles finding, hiring, AND keeping good help these days. About 2 years ago, I had 2 guys that used to mow my lawn for over 9 years and NEVER had issues with them, before that company was acquired but "this" company. I have not even received on phone call or a text stating "I'm sorry". This is very disappointing. The last time, (yesterday), that their hired morons destroyed more yard decorations, they at least told the owners, that told me, but I've had enough. The truth hurts folks, but I have to vent this "here", because the owners have still not "made it right", nor gave me a firm commitment when the landscaping will be completed & Winter is coming quickly.
