We do NOT recommend this company. We have had them for 3 years and have not been entirely satisfied. We had the manager come out once to evaluate the lawn after the lawn was overrun by weeds. The most recent incident was following the last preemergent application where they killed our thriving fescue (see photos). To further compound the problem, after I let them know about this they made no attempt to follow up or try to make things right, Clearly quality and customer service are not their priority. The only way I knew put FIRST service was cancelled was when I reached out to them to confirm my appointment. Do NOT use this company. I had them for three years until this last month. There technician came out and sprayed for approximately 10 minutes my front and back yard. I live on a corner lot so my yards a little bigger than a regular yard so I'd expect them to spray for at least 15-20 minutes for a thorough spray. After about a month of that spray I started to see weeds. I told them. They said they would come out. They did not. I called them again ~2weeks later (so now it's been 2 months since the last treatment) the technician finally came. Again he sprayed for ~10 minutes and left. Pictures attached are results of there service. I hadn't had any problems with them until this 2023 year. I cancelled my service with them because my lawn has too many weeds and I can't/won't pay for service that is not working. read more

This is a good company and the staff is responsive & polite. They do not put dye in the weed killer. I am not a fan of leaving the dye out. It is like a receipt for purchase in a sense. The dye means gives consumers confidence that the job was done, how it was done, and where it was done. There is no gage for that without the dye. So when I have weeds pop up, I don't know if it's because they didn't cover all of my lawn or if the spay they are using doesn't work. They killed my fescue the first time they came, but came an aerated my yard & overseeded for until it was repaired. The aerators busted one of the green plastic caps out in the yard. I still need to call for them to replace that. I appreciated that they fixed the grass. The tree service is great! The tree guys are very helpful & informative. read more

July 9 they were supposed to treat my lawn. I watched for them because I have a dog and wanted to make sure he was safe. Nobody came! Texted and left msg. at office Friday night. Got a text on Monday saying "Sorry we'll get to it this week. Nobody came do I called on Thursday of that week. When are they coming? This woman tells me they already did it on July9 at 12:30! Excuse me! My husband and I were home all day and at 12:30 we were sitting in our back yard! So she says I have to wait till next week for an INSPECTION to prove it was or wasn't done! Ok deep breath, when will the inspector come. "Next week we'll text you before he comes" Well here it is Thursday of "Inspector week" Still no text. No STARS!! HELP!! I purchased the 5 step program this year. Spring Green provided the first treatment within a week of the purchase. Fast Forward - A few days ago I noticed that my grass is about 25% weeds...I called asking when the next treatment was due and was told the person who services this area is no longer working there and they would try and get someone here soon. Today, my lawn is enveloped with mushrooms and my attempts at reaching someone on a Sunday has proven worthless. read more

We first started using Spring Green this year. They have been extremely good about communicating with us and coming by to check on our lawn when we had concerns. Used Spring-Green for a few years - they were fine until this summer. I started to see some brown spots in my lawn and asked them to check it out for me back at the end of June. After 7 weeks of doing NOTHING except "evaluating" - my lawn got much worse! So I canceled their services and was told by another service provider that it was "Army worms" - but too late to save the lawn - lost more than half before getting a treatment to kill the Army worms. If Spring-Green had any knowledge of what they're doing it would have been saved almost 2 months ago and I'd still have a beautiful lawn!! read more

I paid for a pre-paid package for last year. I did not renew the services this year. Spring-Green continued service and left an invoice on my porch. When I called to explain I had not requested these services, I was told they auto-renew even though I didn't pay for a new package. They said I had to call to cancel after the pre-paid package expired. I have cancelled. Beware if you sign up for pre-paid services. read more

We did not order a treatment. They showed up and sprayed all over our front and backyard. We specifically don't treat our yard because we have an immunocompromised family member, an elderly/ill dog, and also for religious reasons. I am very unhappy about this. I called in and was basically just told it happens from time to time...it's fine...just keep your dog off it for a couple of hours. Other online sources recommend keeping pets and people off treated grass for 6 days...not happy about this. read more

This our first year to use Spring-Green of Edmond and our yard is already looking great! We have a small yard and we live in Norman which is about 30 miles from Edmond. They are expanding throughout the greater Oklahoma City area. They don't consider any job too small to give their utmost attention to. With past lawn care services we have often had to deal with weeds and patchy grass deep into the summer. They have only treated our yard three times but we have not had any issues with weeds and the grass has filled in nicely and is a lush green. They have been prompt and courteous to deal with.
