After discussing this with them and threatening to cancel my contract they assured me they would come back out the same day. They never showed up. No call-no nothing. The only time they 'sprayed' for overall maintenance was when they started their contract-the tech was here no longer than 2-3 minutes and I've got 60 dense Cyprus trees. Paid a year in advance and now will have to cancel for a partial refund. This is the second time I have tried this company; about 2 years ago I signed on and had the exact same outcome.
