The ability to bring in drinks is always wonderful and the price point is reasonable. The before show talks are a great background on the show you are seeing. Look for the adverts for select times. The bagels and Broadway is a neat event to see the incoming set and talk with the directing manager and/or backstage personnel. Support the arts!

They used to display Rikes vintage holiday windows, but when Shillato pulled rank and moved then to Cincinnati, the had their very own styled by set designers. There are always themed drinks for every show, and you can pre-order intermission drinks and pick them right up! There's also a very cozy wine loft on the Loge level with upscale wine and seating. What's not to love? On a similiar note, if you ever get to see the stage version of "Back to the Future' its a wonderful production! We saw it here yesterday and we're amazed how much we both loved it.

We explored reasons why. The Nutcracker ballet is very common in Tokyo, considered a popular annual Christmas and winter tradition. Major ballet companies stage multiple performances each season, often selling out to large audiences. We all were most impressed with this performance; all in all, exceptional.

The knew their lines and all understood the characters that they portrayed very well. One aspect needs improvement, this was a comedy and although the audience was upwelled with laughter, the characters continued their lines. They should pause and allow the audience to enjoy the moment. The Facility: this is an old building, it was built as a WACO Aircraft final assembly building. It's seen much recent remodeling and today it's a sweet fairly small theater in the round. (The audience wraps around the stage) It's has comfortable chairs, it's lighting is up to date, sound is on point, bathrooms are modern, etc. I'd highly recommend TCT for a pleasant evening. You'll be glad you did!

This theatre has been in existence for 90+ years and is now run as a non profit. I was happy to see they had sponsorship from many of the local businesses. They also host community and special events. They have one movie showing at a time and have limited showtimes compared to the big chain theatres. For movie snacks, they sell popcorn, pretzels, chocolates and locally brewed beer. Staff, like most in Yellow Springs, were very laid back. This is a special place and movie going experience.

It has been there for awhile now, but still seems new; it's clean, the seats are comfy, the sound is good. I went to a showing of "Living In The Age Of Airplanes" which was a decent show, though not totally aviation-oriented and a bit slow at times. You have a good view of the screen, especially if there aren't many people there and you can pick a seat high and in the middle. I will gladly go back for other shows; most are just under an hour, though they do have special events around the holidays when they show popular movies like Top Gun.
