Two years later, this was still true. A constant rotation of staff made this worse. My advisor quit twice. But worst of all was how the top brass did not care. I asked for support, and leniency with bills, and I even emailed the president and one of their financial officers, and though they listened, I got the sense that they just don't care. This is a hollow shell of a college. Glitz and a fancy name, but no substance. AVOID THIS "COLLEGE". I learned next to nothing while here, paid a ridiculous amount for superficial remote courses, and deeply regret picking them to get my master's degree. Go ANYWHERE but here for college/grad school! They really ought to focus more on QUALITY and PEOPLE SKILLS and less on marketing and self-promoting!

Finally one employee called me in confidence, and told me that I had the qualification to be a great success with the school. The place loves Secrecy...and everything has to be held in confience. When I had questions about the process, or wanted an update, I was ghosted. Finally, after the entire hiring process was complete, the Manager contacted me and wanted to set up a meeting, still no answer. Two days later I received a "No Thank You Letter." At one point, in recent history an employee received a large payout because she was able to make the case that she had been discriminated against. I belive because of this, the place is super nervous about hiring staff. The entire process took 4 months, they were very concerned about email messages and about keeping everything very opaque. I was not signing up to join the CIA, just work at a Community College. Because of the way that I had been treated, I would never consider applying for another position at STCC. If a friend or relative asked me, I would tell them the same...the place is very uptight, and they don't hesitate to waste your time.

I was not sure if I would like a small, all-women school after attending a very large mid-western college for two years, but the community feel at Bay Path College is second to none. The classes are really small, too, which allows for a lot of individual interaction with the professor. I will graduate in one more year, so I will update my review at that time. I love how what's most important about having a disability isn't how it affects my life but the inconvenience caused and perceived ego hit that some lousy psychology professor takes. This school single-handedly made me feel hopeless and suicidal from the lack of accommodation or understanding. I pray you don't have a similar experience.
