The technician that they sent out was very cordial, very prompt and gave me the estimate for running a gas line. He couldn't give me an estimate on the conversion but he said he would look into it and get back to me either that day or the next day. I called the company a week later and had to leave a message for him and left another message for him three days after that. It has been over three weeks and I have not received a phone call. This is not the kind of service that I look for in a plumbing company. Have a Yelptastic day

I was delighted when my husband called and told me the plumber would be here before noon on New Year's Eve. I expected it to cost a small fortune, but I was just grateful someone could help. They arrived and had the problem fixed very quickly. (This was the first time in 18 years of homeownership that we've ever had to call a plumber so I really didn't know what to expect. I have heard some horror stories from others, so I was anxious about the process.) The bill was exceptionally reasonable, especially considering it is so close to a holiday. They were professional and friendly. I am a very satisfied customer! I highly recommend Master Plumber.

Was told he would be at house from in specific time ranges and he never showed. After I would contact him I would always get the excuse there was "another emergency" I get that however when you schedule a time and make sure you are there or at least I should expect a courtesy call so I'm not stuck in house waiting all day. At some point I would think a plumber would at least inform me that they only take emergency calls. I can only guess that he makes more money on these emergency calls and doesn't want my business. Maybe he waits for non-emergency work to become emergencies so he can charge more? Maybe it is just incompetent business practice or lack of organisation? I don't know but I won't know because he simply doesn't show! After 3 days "emergency call" excuses are just that. An excuse. Honestly how long would it take him to quote my project? 30 min max and our home is about 10 min. away from P.G. And easy to get to. Unfortunately I can't rely on this plumber and will be seeking another.

For the rental home, I purchased a brand new heating/cooling system from Paschal, this being before I knew about Kinty. My personal home ended up having a starter issue with the a/c. I called KJ and they came out and had it running in no time. Shortly afterwards, my rental had an issue with their brand new unit. The thermostat kept shutting off and thus, not working. It shut the whole system down. They have small children. When I called Paschal, I got a call center. The girl stated that she couldn't give me an idea when they could come out as it was a Friday. When I told her this was a brand new unit and they have small children, she stated that it didn't matter, there was nothing she could do about it. I called Kinty and told them what happened, they were out before the day was over! The diagnosis... the piping was installed incorrectly. This past summer, I had to have a new thermostat in my own home. They were really swamped but assured me they would be here before the day was over. Sure enough, 7pm!.... they came. Their tech was friendly, apologetic for being late, and had my thermostat installed in no time! Please call Kinty Jones before you call anyone else! You will have a pleasant experience and will be pleased with all their service! Thank you Kinty Jones!!!
