Thank goodness we found them, because their work is amazing and their pricing was far more reasonable than other local contractors. Rodney was very communicative and the team who worked on our home was wonderful. Everyone is blown away by our new, much larger kitchen and say that it looks like it was always like this--the drywall and details are flawless. We will be using Pettit for all of our home projects!

I requested that a cover be made for a basement opening at my daughter's home. My concern was that…read morecover that had been crafted for it had degraded over time-made of wood and covered with a ridged covering-it didn't do what it needed to do--allow the water to drain away from the opening and it had rotted. I explained to Josh what I was looking for and he quoted me a price. I never heard from any of the other companies on the website. I made contact with Josh on a Thursday and he said he'd be out on Tuesday. On Tuesday, he came out and measured and said that he'd be back on Wednesday morning. He indicated he'd be on his way after picking up the material. Unfortunately, the supplier had a slight problem and he was delayed. He made it to the house and went straight to work about two and half hours later, he was finished. The work did what I needed it to do-cover the basement opening and allow the water to drain off the cover--keeping my grandson safe all the while. Josh is responsive. He listened to what I was looking for and he delivered. I will use Josh's services if I have a need and I highly recommend him. Less than a week after I spoke with him, I have a solution to a problem that concerned me greatly. Thanks Josh for the excellent work.

I love art galleries and this one was no exception. I was in the small town of Vevay for an event…read moreyesterday and stopped in here first. I was told while in the shop that all of the art was local and you had to live within a 60 mile radius to display and sell your artwork. There are some talented folks in the Vevay area. I really enjoyed perusing the art and all of the different art forms and techniques used. There were paintings, wood work, fused glass, sculptures, clay work and jewelry. There were items at all price points depending on what you were looking for. I ended up with two items from the same artist. I purchased a magnet to mark my time in Vevay, Indiana and also a necklace that she handcrafted. I will definitely stop in here again to check out new pieces when I am back in town.
