They asked to do a visual and hearing test which me being a parent to a 5yr old I said whatever was included in the well check... I was never notified I would be billed for all of this. Nor did I know I was being charged for 2 office visits when I was there STRICTLY FOR A WELL 5 yr check up. A few times with last minute appointments and whatnot we've had to see one of the other doctors and received just as amazing care as we normally do. I find it easy to call and speak to a nurse, if I have questions or get a sick child appointment if need me. The nursing staff is really great and caring. The reception staff is also very nice and friendly. All around we love bringing our kids here and they enjoy coming as well.

They insisted on a charge card even though I provided 2 insurance cards. I checked BBB the next day and learned of their practice of filing fraudulent charges. My Explanation of Benefits from insurance company indicate they were paid the plan allowance on 7/15/26. I received a notice they'd be filing a charge on my charge card on 7/18/26 so I called and reached a virtual assistant who told me there was no balance due. Yet they filed a charge for a partial payment on 7/20/26. My bank has denied my dispute because CG Medical Associates filed the claim. According to internet, CG Medical Associates does business as CareFirst. I'm guessing this is how to manage to get double payments. Next time I'll go to emergency vet instead!
