Flavor highlights to look for with this beer are watery, hoppy, yeasty and juicy. But to be honest I mostly detected the watery aspect and the yeasty aspect and had a hard time picking up the other characteristics. The beer is also very light bodied so if you do enjoy this beer then it's not too much of a stretch to have another. Excuse on the blurry picture. I took the shot without double checking as there were a lot of breweries to try out this particular day I paid a visit to Crooked Beech.

We had a little weather early on, and they help us flow into the inside space and offered all kinds of help. Fortunately the weather brightened up and guests were able to fully enjoy the fire pit, corn hole, and the live music (solo artist who did great covers!). Great variety of drinks, food truck was perfect, and many of our guests shared how much they loved the space and the vibe. It was everything I could have hoped for and more. They had good texture as there was a variety of beans used and they had a nice hint of sweetness. As for the mac & cheese, I would say it wasnt my favorite, but the noodles were perfectly cooked. The cornbread was tasty and sweet and was both moist and tender.

She consistently misses the mark on basic customer service. She rarely acknowledges guests, seems far more focused on making drinks than paying attention to the people sitting in front of her, and creates an overall unwelcoming atmosphere. On my most recent visit, I sat waiting for nearly 15 minutes without being acknowledged. It wasn't until I asked for my check because I was ready to leave that she suddenly asked if I was planning to eat. That level of inattentiveness is frustrating and completely avoidable. It's especially disappointing because the location is fantastic, the vibe is great, the food is consistently excellent, and every other bartender and staff member I've interacted with, including the manager, has been amazing. There are some truly great bartenders there who provide attentive, friendly service and make the experience enjoyable. But if I walk in and see her behind the bar, I will not stay. She has completely turned me off from being there when she is working. I hope management takes this feedback seriously, because the rest of the team and the overall experience deserve better than this one recurring issue. For my cocktail I got the white sangria, and that was one delicious and stiff drink. Raviolli was the only vegetarian entree and though I wish I had more options, loved it. For dessert we ordered the goat cheesecake, and that was an experience... for one it was crustless and did taste very goaty, the sauces on it were the best part though.
