I assumed the source of the problem was poor-performing gutters (i.e. clogged or improperly slopped). To prevent further damage, I immediately sent out a request to have my gutters cleaned. The first message I received was from Jonathan. Not only was he cordial and responsive, but he offered to visit my home the next day due to my concern.  Upon arrival, he provided me with a cost estimate, while cleaning the gutter in the problematic location free of charge. This prudent and generous action circumvented potential further damage with the incoming night storm. At the same time, he investigated said area and recommended his colleague for the roof repair (one less step I had to carry out). He also brought to my attention the extensive amounts of moss, which inundated my roof tiles. I amended the work scope to include the moss cleaning.  Several days thereafter, he and his brother effortlessly cleaned the gutters and efficiently and meticulously removed the moss. They worked the first day for 4 hours straight until the night sky crept in. Then the next day, on a Saturday, they arrived at 8:00 AM and worked until 3:00 PM. Thus, 11 continuous hours of total work without an issue or any downtime, even with the rain picking up.  The end result difference in our roof is night and day. Our gutters are now clean, roof tiles are free of moss, and a repair was made to a gutter segment, which did not properly slope to the drain.  After the completion of their work, they thoroughly cleaned their work area and windows, which had been dirtied from the roof cleaning.  I highly recommend their service - professional, honest, highly skilled, and best price!

HUGE MESS TO CLEAN AFTERWARDS! NOT WORTH THE GROUPON:…read more The gentleman who came to clean my gutters today left a huge mess. I was not able to thoroughly check his work until after I got home from work: Fruit from my young fruit trees broken off & on the ground and gutter debris,( dirt and sediment) blown all over my backyard, porch, and walkways, even the entryways to the inside of the house. There was animal feces & fur (apparently in the gutters) scattered around in my son's toy box, his chair and table, and sediment covering my backyard equipment. It took me over two hours to clean everything. I was very disappointed and left a review on Groupon and contacted the company. They refused to refund or discount my purchase . Said they'd send someone out tomorrow to clean up AFTER I already did It myself. I tipped him $20 & he was very nice but if I knew the clean up involved just blowing the crap around the yard and destroy surrounding bushes and plants then I would have spent my money elsewhere.
