I had no idea that getting married before getting my California license many years ago was going to complicate getting my REAL ID, but she worked her magic and made it happen... all with a smile on her face!!! Waited 2 months and had…read moreto drive 45min away for the soonest appointment. 1) Received a text to click on a link to check in 10 minutes before our appointment time and the link is broken/unusable. 2) Got there and scanned the QR code, expecting to be seen in 15-20ish minutes because we were "Express" (having everything done online ahead of time, and approved, and had an appt time). WAITED OVER AN HOUR. What's the point of "Express" then? 3) I have a screenshot of our online process that says they take electronic copies of proof of residency, printed is not required but is suggested. Finally get called to the windows and the worker says we are REQUIRED to have printed copies. I show her my screenshot and she says, "I need to scan it." I asked her what was the point of submitting the documentation online then? She had no answer, just stared at me. I explained AGAIN and said the DMV website states that proof of residency will be accepted in electronic form, printed ISNT required but is suggested. She stared at us again, long pause, "I need to have the physical paper to scan." I asked again, why don't they have it already if I had to pre-submit it and it was approved. Again, no answer and long stare. 4)I stared back, waiting for direction, and nothing. I asked what we do next and she said "I don't know, I need the paper." I asked if there was anywhere nearby I could print out copies and she says "I don't know." Then I asked what we do when we have them printed and she said, "Get in line agan." Clearly, NOT HELPFUL and had no intention of being helpful, she just started chatting with her coworker nearby about nothing related, NOT A QUALITY EMPLOYEE. *the ONLY good thing I have to report is that the facility was very clean and organized well.

Please return my missing income from last year as I have not recovered any from the fraud payee that has been closed permanently under the care of Carolyn Housman and CA Senior Adult Services Don Myers who couldn't understand I fired him for so many years before all the pains expressed through every neglected call with SSI before I was evicted from them defaulting and caused me to lose all of my property, home, family, supplies, tools, clothing, artwork, all promised to be recovered by SDPD and property who also hung up on me with my disability that needs acomodation sometimes even costing me 50% of my paychecks to get assistance when I am well. SSI leaves me less than $300 a month after my humiliating rent amount of $1000 at the very top of what I will sacrifice for a roof over my head after 100% of my money has been on rent and trying to recover lost tools and supplies. I still need towels, heat as reaquired by CA LAW in a rental- I can't afford with default and forcing me to continue reporting SSI left me in my car screaming for help and getting hung up on... sick and unable to reach them by my car that I lived in until I lost it with my rights to have a safety plan and for care at the hospital of my choice or not. I lost my rights to protect myself and have been slandered I have been harassed by CRF workers and they have been reported to SDPD and APS when I stayed at their abusive non accommodating crisis home for health care vs hospitalization against me trying to walk again and recover after so many years stuck in a gas leak and with CPTSD from being raped by someone I cant seem to get arrested with companies who make me look so bad such as the reports of me screaming about the poor care I have never been forced to continue to encounter until Don Myers closed actor of El Cajon PD. I need help with recovering money from this month and still on hold. I hung up after a few hours on hold the first time and the other time almost an hour and half. Now I am still on hold for almost 2 Hours and they are rude and have called me Pet names at window 3 needing help suing and recovering payment for my personal charges as soon as follow up as requested in many calls since and closing of my witness as my payee shortly after as he was a Captain in the Marines and also heard the PET NAME or SEXUAL HARRASSING OF UNWANTED NAME CALLING and Sexualizing me calling me MAM countless times as I just needed help and placement. My rent was due on the 1st and you have neglected to pay my income on time I have set up direct deposit several times before you were forcing me again into the abusive company of your office and waiting room eyeballing experience. This is not mentioned on the website and when you go into the office these is sign that states there is a charge for credit cards but does not mention debit cards. I mentioned this to the office and she was very rude and stated she does not make up the rules, I agreed with her and let her know she is a representative of the company and unfortunately she is going to have to hear it. I mentioned the sign for CC payments charges but also indicated to her it does not show debit card charges in a very smart a_ _ tone she pointed to a small print out of all charges for their service, you could hardly read the charges. I don't know about most people but I don't carry around large sums of money, so I had to pay a service fee. This information should be on their website and the employees should be nicer when working with customers, the employee was very rude and condescending. I can say it is convenient however the fact they charge for use of cards or only take cash should be advertised. I don't understand the charge for cards, I know why but this is also a write off for a business when the bank charges the merchant for use of cards, the business can write off the fees on their taxes, it a business expense.
