There was only one employee when I got there, but it wasn't busy. The employee was polite, and helped me with ordering. They have a pretty large menu for a boba shop. They also have smoothies, cream, bubble waffles and a few other treats. I got the Okinawa milk tea, a tea and brown sugar blend. It wasn't too sweet, which I appreciated. Hit had a nice caramel flavor, I would highly recommend it! I'll have to come back and try more of the menu in the future.

My family was the only group in the store for quite a while, yet the woman at the counter somehow managed to make us feel like we were holding up a line of 50 people. Sensing that customer interaction might not be her favorite hobby, I headed to the touchscreen ordering kiosk. I asked if boba was listed because I couldn't find it. She informed me that she couldn't see the screen from where she was sitting, but was "pretty sure" it was there. One thing she was absolutely sure of was that she wasn't getting up to check. Storing energy for surely better things. After a bit of confusion about the boba options, she told me to just order with her. Lucky me! The ordering process felt like a speed round of a game show where asking questions costs points. We were rushed through despite there being exactly zero people waiting behind us. Honestly, I was ready to walk out and spend my money elsewhere. But later I returned for three ice creams and was helped by a gentleman who was incredibly kind, patient, and welcoming.
