This got a hot stone which was cold and tried to dig the trigger points out of my arm. I told her to stop once I nerve asked her to use a stone and I never asked her to get them out! I just wanted a nice relaxing massage. I got up this morning with bruises all over my arm. I called the spa and the Manager had a dismissive attitude after I sent her the pictures. I will say it's not all glitter and romance, there are often hard lessons to be learned and dealt with, and they can be difficult (but always necessary) and she guides you through it with light and love. After another ignored email requesting cancellation I called my credit card company who had to block the company from charging me and are removing the charge from my account.
