NO HEART! BIG MONEY GRUBBER!…read more My husband and I booked a couples massage on a Sunday and were greeted by the Asian woman owner/manager. She wanted payment in full up front and didn't tell us the credit card charges would be added. They were. She asked me about any areas or pain I wanted worked on and I told her the side of my leg and neck and shoulders. She wants her clients lying face down so she can spend most of our 90 minutes just doing glide-and-slide on the back. I said I don't want any oil just lotion. She used oil. I asked her to work on my neck and occipital ridge when I was face down and she yelled; "That's $10.00 more!" The woman that worked on my husband was good but they both came into the room late and left early shorting us on our 90 minutes. Afterwards she told my husband that there was a required 20% tip! What B.S. It was difficult for me to leave less than 15% for such poor service. We will never go back. If she doesn't understand English well or doesn't like working on Sundays then do a career change because she is NOT good with people or soft skills.

Andrea was able to get me in at 930 am for a 90 minute massage. Wow! Just wow!! She is amazing!! She was very good at what she does! Of course, I know it takes pain to make it better. She worked my shoulders over like I've never had done before. I walked out of there and felt so much better immediately!! The next day I felt even better!! I scheduled another appointment before I left the island. For years, I've had trouble with my shoulders where I couldn't lift they very high over my head. Andrea got in there and fixed me!! Literally, I can lift my arms up and it's been almost a week and my body feels so much better. No more shoulder pain. More flexibility with my arms and shoulders. She is amazing!! She knows what she's going! It might hurt as she works on you, but it feels better and she knows what she's doing. I wish I could fly her to California to give me a message every month. I think I'd feel 20 years younger with her as my regular masseuse. Thank you for helping me feel better!! I'll be back to see you every time I'm on the island!! Go see Andrea at A's Relaxation spa! Great massage from Mike - by far the best I've had in a long time. At home I get a massage…read moremonthly and have gotten pretty particular with services so I'm usually reluctant to try new places. Visiting HHI and was gifted this massage from my sister (who is a Crossfit Instructor.) Her referral was spot on. Mike is also an Ironman athlete and I appreciated having someone in tune to my needs. The facility is very spacious, clean and relaxing. It was easy to find the building location which in HHI isn't always easy. (Just drive around the back of the building for easier access to the suite.) Once I got there Mike was ready with a warm welcome and a very limited amount of paperwork to complete. I loved the first question asking about how much talking you wanted - I indicated "very little" but I wound up being more talkative myself - but it's always nice to have the choice and he let me lead the conversation. The massage room was spacious and well decorated, again very relaxing. Mike asked the usual questions and tried to figure out my needs. The massage itself was perfect; it was obvious that he was well trained not only as an LMT but as an athlete and well versed in Kinesiology. I prefer a deep tissue massage and he didn't fail to deliver. I appreciated the his control of his strength (no trembling) - just solid smooth controlled pressure and stretching. Without instruction he worked on areas that, based upon my activities, would be most needed. I'd recommend him to anyone who was an athlete or was looking for more than just a relaxing massage. (Although I have no doubt that he could accommodate anyone's need.) After the session Mike greeted me at the door with water and followed up with checking to see how everything went. I would without a doubt go back to him the next time I'm in town and recommend him to anyone.
