Not only did wet come in ahead of appointment time then had to wait 15-20 min then for set up and changing time! If I knew I would've never set an appointment. Plus I was still charged the $200+ an my husband tipped both massage therapist $50 because he thinks the tip will help them have a better day. This was last year... but I just had to write my review because everytime I think or hear someone say massage I just never forget about my experience here. So I just had to write this.
