I wanted to treat myself to a massage for my birthday and luckily was able to make an appointment on my birthday with Rayn. I was a little apprehensive about this spot in the beginning for a few reasons; their location is a bit odd and also they charged me full price for the session on the day of booking! When I checked my bank account the payment had been processed before my appointment. This is really odd in my opinion and honestly I wanted to knock off a few stars for this but Rayn was so Fantastic that I decided to write this review for her and not the business. She is amazing at her job. I have a lot of tension in my neck and shoulders and she spent a good amount of time trying to work out all the tension and Knots I had. She knows what she's doing and she's really good at it. I have never gotten a massage as good as that one. I've had many massages over the years however my recent massage with Adrianna was one of the absolute BEST! I'm someone who is typically pretty tense and I've struggled with tight muscles for years; most massage therapists I've seen in the past try super deep tissue and it's too painful. They always say, "Well you need it like this" and I'm left struggling through a very unpleasant massage. Purchased 2 groupons, one for me and one for my husband. Scheduled my husbands massage first and when we showed up for my his massage we found out she wasn't offering Groupon to men. I thought that was super odd but let it go and took his massage since I am a woman. The massage was good and relaxing but I was not comfortable with her enough to go back. scheduling is incredibly difficult and she wants you to prepay. I don't mind the prepay if I know I can have an appointment on my available days. The room itself is cozy but you do have to wait outside until she unlocks the door to let you in, which is a problem if you are a first tine customer and don't know who your looking for. read more
