She asked if I had any concerns about my skin or any additional questions I wanted to discuss. Jeanie also inquired about the products I was currently using and suggested other options that might work better for me or be worth trying. While performing my facial, she shared information about the benefits of Hand & Stone Massage and Facial, their specials, and recommendations for their products. It may have sounded like she was pushing for a sale, but I felt she was simply being informative and wanted to share her enthusiasm for the company she works for. I truly appreciate and support people who promote what they love and help make it better. I looked up like I paid for an hour. A the massage therapist looked me dead in the face A said "the timer starts on your appointment time" . I was livid! Not only did wet come in ahead of appointment time then had to wait 15-20 min then for set up and changing time! If I knew I would've never set an appointment. Plus I was still charged the $200+ an my husband tipped both massage therapist $50 because he thinks the tip will help them have a better day. This was last year... but I just had to write my review because everytime I think or hear someone say massage I just never forget about my experience here. So I just had to write this. I hope they changed that rule.

I asked for a female masseuse for my session and they very quickly and respectively accommodated my request :) For the foot massage it's one big room but it's sectioned off with partitions, so you might hear other or see people walking around but I didn't mind or really notice, when the 45 minute foot massage was over they politely escorted us to a more private area to for the body massage. They let us choose our level of pressure for our session (medium or hard massage) The experience was absolutely lovely, we left feeling refreshed and relaxed.
