If the usual pharmacist is not there, the guest pharmacist has no access to the pharmacy cash register, and you cannot pick up controlled Rxs (including pseudoephedrine products) that day, since the front registers cannot check out those products. Also, if there is just one person working in the pharmacy, they are doing all the work (& answering phones, etc), so getting an Rx filled takes a lot longer than it should. To top it all off, I could not get a phone signal in the store (&/or the parking lot), so I had to go next door to answer any phone calls & get on Yelp. The staff they have are friendly & helpful, there's just too few of them & they are inadequately trained. They could definitely use a lot more help! But if you need a prescription filled, I would not bother taking it here. It would be better off in Longview or maybe Lonestar. If they don't get more help in this store soon, they should shut it down. If I "must" give them a star, I'll only give them 1, but that's more than this store deserves.

The store has just about all you need in the grocery area and you do not have to walk your legs off to get over the whole store. That has become a big deal with me as I get older. The checkout ladies are always friendly and polite. There is always a nice fellow to bag your groceries and take them to your car and load them. They are careful not to squash them and are always so polite. I highly recommend this store.
