I didn't want a flimsy, cheap garage door. I had quotes from a couple of other contractors for $1300 for a insulated double garage door, but when I looked up the manufacturer, the doors where only 27 gauge (thinner) steel, and only on one side (just vinyl on the inside). Milestone's quote was for an insulated 24-gauge steel door, plus it was sandwiched between 2-sheets of steel, not just the exterior side. It's basically a commercial grade door, it looks great, and it's obviously beefier than the flimsy options (our old door buckled because it was too cheap). It was still less than $2,000 installed. They also adjusted our old garage door opener, and synced it all up, so it's perfectly quiet, no additional charge. PS. We live in Fort Collins, no CA.

In these times I have found it hard to depend on contractors to follow through and complete their work but I can always depend on Jeep. His rates are very reasonable for the quality of work that he provides. I decided to hire him to complete a total kitchen remodel for me at my home and I was blown away by the depth of knowledge he had in all areas of remodeling. I saved a lot of time and money using him for the project and I know that everything was done to code. The kitchen is now a stunning masterpiece and I am still amazed one year later how beautiful it is. I am convinced I made the right decision hiring him. His abilities are truly amazing and impressive!

Randy stopped by and fixed the spring, but was unprepared and didn't have the parts to fix the arm. He told me I could make another appt. and pay again to have it fixed correctly. I did a search on Yelp and submitted a project request for quotes from a few locksmith businesses, crossing my fingers that I could get my door unlocked without me being home so I didn't have to wait outside in the cold for someone to come by. Daniel was willing to help do this, he was quick and communicative, and we were able to coordinate everything all through text! I asked for a photo of the open door to confirm the work was done and then was able to pay via Venmo. He even said hello to my cat while dealing with the door. :) I have an in-home camera so was able to monitor the door and know that no funny business went on while I wasn't home, for anyone curious. The price of $125 was lower than the other quote I got, too. Super happy with this service, though I hope for my sake I won't need it again!
