I'd recommend tire locks for your car (really anywhere in Houston), as I've seen a few cars left on bricks. We did have 24-hour security in the past, but haven't since the new ownership took over. Overall, still a good choice for the value and the team that manages it.

Even though it's not a brand new building they keep it immaculate and the maintenance staff are some of the most hardworking people I've ever come into contact with. When we moved in Pedro saw us struggling to get our mattress out of the moving truck and stopped what he was doing to help us move it all the way into our apartment and into the bedroom! On a Saturday the assistant manager came out to the pool to let us know we had a large package in the office so we could pick it up before she left for the weekend. Kenneth is a star property manager and the current leasing agent is a great communicator who takes pride in her role. Location can't be beat so while there are a few newer properties on the same street the staff/management are the true value.
