Then they constantly kicked the cab on many repairs including that until so many months had passed that they said they would not longer do it. Despite me following up monthly (they will never follow up) and being given an excuse every time why it was not done yet. As others have mentioned the community I am in has not been paved with the final layer so it feels like you are going off roading in your own neighborhood. Manholes, storm drains, and driveways are all 4-5 inches above the pavement and can cause damage to your vehicles. Residential construction has been done for a year and half and still no word on when or if that will ever happen. I could go on and on but the bottom line is they do poor quality work then drag their feet on following through on their commitments and will even delay so long as to not have to fulfill them at all. Very dishonest, all I can say is stay away. You'll regret buying from them.
