As an active duty military member buying a new build remotely, I needed someone reliable, detail-oriented, and communicative -- and Paul checked every box. He's also prior military, and it shows. His professionalism, precision, and clear communication reflected the kind of discipline and care that comes from that background. From the start, Paul was personable and responsive. I actually called around during the Christmas holiday week, and he was one of the few who picked up the phone. He patiently answered all my questions, giving me genuine peace of mind without any salesy pressure or false promises. The home ended up needing three re-inspections before closing, and Paul never once rushed the process. A year or so after living there I received a 9k hoa assessment for new roofs needed from my local hoa board. Little did I know that this roofing problem had been going on for 3 decades. We were looking at getting new roofs installed on 12 different flat roofed type buildings. I was in college at the time and looking back really didn't know exactly what I was doing except for the fact that I needed to find a highly qualified individual to help prove to our insurance company that our roofs had been nailed and damaged by hail and that we needed some solid representation( insurance company had previously denied the claim) As stated in previous emails Don Putnam and his services are not cheap. But if used appropriately can be very effective. I met Don Putnam and the insurance adjuster assigned to investigate the issue further at the site on a scheduled predetermined date, because I had escalated it to that point, Don was prepared and then went on to explain and demonstrated his expertise and through documentation and proof clearly showing the adjustor that there in fact was hail damage and a certain type of improper flashing installed was leading to further leakage and damage.
