The service is always welcoming and professional, and I love how easy and stress-free the whole experience is. They have a great setup with plenty of beds and stand-ups always available, plus the biggest range of tanning creams I've seen. I also really appreciate that they keep track of your session history and what products you've used before - it makes each visit smooth and personalised. One of the things I love most is that you don't have to book. You can just turn up whenever it suits you, hop in for a session, and you're good to go. Super convenient, super reliable, and always a great result. Highly recommend Meagsun - definitely my go-to!

The worst spray tan experience ever. The woman behind the counter was very nice, no problem there…read more She adviced me to put lotion on my hand so i did. i asked her if the spraytan would stain and pointed at my new white shoes ( never had this problem before but want to make sure if i go to a new tanning salon) The woman said it was not a problem. I wanted to go dark. As i always do and she did not advice me not to do it. When i came out of the tanning machine there was no difference. But it would take a couple hours she said. I had to take a shower after 8 hours. I waited and waited but i did not get a tan. Only my feet and hands turned orange. My new shoes were stained as well as my bra. I contacted Sun Tan but they will not help me. the only solution i am getting is a free spray tan. But i do not want a free spray tan because i never want to go back there. i look terrible. They are rude on the last email and will not give my money back. I even have to buy new 200 dollar shoes. Do not got here

Deluxe bed ventilation is really good, it's air con, you can opt for music to be playing and can crank it - if it's that kind of day and you tan in up to 12 minutes. The standard beds take 18-20 minutes and are more gentle with no music and just fans. I've not tried their stand up or spray tans, which are Mystic brand. I have talked to someone using the red light therapy which I hear does wonders for five lines of used twice weekly, maybe next year :) Apart from a bit of exposed wiring in the rooms, this place is pretty great. The staff make sure the beds are cleaned and stocked with fresh towels and clean goggles. When Ben is on the desk, you'll always be met with a smiling face and infectious enthusiasm and efficient service. Occasionally the older staff are a little more stressed out on the desk, but they are still polite.

This had shaken my confidence and hope in getting a decent tan from this place but they pulled though for me. Maybe the chick only practices on herself and leaves all the good stuff for the clients because I must say I was really pleased with the overall result. The girl was friendly without being too chatty which is always a good thing when your getting a fake tan. The premises are really cool, functional without being too fussy like some beauty salons, with some awesome arty feature walls. This is primarily an eyelash bar which does tanning and makeup sessions as additional extras but well, and th prices are not to be sniffed at! This girl walked out a happy customer anyway.

However soon I was hearing stories from my friends about how great the foundation was and what a great selection of eye shadows they stock, and I started to take notice. Then my mum came home with a make-up tutorial voucher for the Kingsland branch, so I thought hey, why not. Thank god I went. In just an hour I learnt all about which products are most suitable for my skin type, how to apply bronzer, blush and highlighter depending on whether it is for day or night wear, and also how to do a great smokey-eye - something I'd always struggled with. My tutor was a young funky woman who was incredibly friendly and chatty so even though I was the only customer in the store I was instantly put at ease. She also mixed my foundation there and then for me - unlike most cosmetics stores, Phoenix tailor make/mix their foundations to suit your skin tone. No more putting up with a lighter shade and using darker powder to get the right colour! As well as having a store stocked with eyeshadows, lipsticks, powders, brushes and foundation and providing make-up tutorials, Phoenix also provide eyebrow shaping and tinting services, spray tans and can do make-up for special events like balls and weddings at a very reasonable price. Bonus: As in other cosmetic stores, when you purchase a make-up tutorial or opt to have your make up done for a special occasion, the amount is fully redeemable on product.

I also always come here for their eyelash extensions, they are false lashes that are semi-permanent! Depending on your lash cycle I think they can last up to 6 weeks. Mine only last about 3 weeks but I have a pretty quick lash cycle they are always coming out, plus I use make-up removers on them which isn't good for them. The price of their extensions is one of the cheapest I know, $50 for their natural set, most places start at around $80! They do an excellent job too, quick and virtually pain free...virtually. The place looks gorgeous, all pretty and pink you really do feel pampered on every visit, try this place out!
