Now this year I discover some plants didn't make it and I've tried contacting the designer of my project as well as contacting the business all to be ignored. No one has returned my calls or email. How convenient of them to so eagerly take my money and not warranty their products and to be so rude about it by blowing me off. Well, the majority of the plastic edging around the sidewalk has become exposed due to the freeze/thaw cycle. The installers did not use nearly enough long spikes to adequately secure the edging, nor did they plant the edging deep enough. Plus, there is a low spot on the walkway that doesn't drain and collects water and dirt. I contacted Green-Up, reported the problem, and they told me that I would have to dig up all the edging and reinstall it. Poor installation and POOR customer service. But most disappointing is the fact that they broke their word.
