THE FOOD ----------------…read more+ Garlic Rolls with a side of Marinara - OK, these were just garlic rolls/knots, BUT they were sooooooo good. Hot, fresh and super soft. Our kids gobbled them up. + Blackened Shrimp Tacos - PHENOMENAL tacos. Soft tortillas and fresh shrimp laid on a bed of shredded lettuce. + Blackened Mahi Tacos - Just as good as the Shrimp Tacos. There was a decent size piece of mahi in each taco and each one was very fresh. + Barry's "Tailgate" Philly Cheesesteak - Great cheesesteak! Delicious chopped up pieces of ribeye had melted cooper sharp cheese on it and sauteed onions. Sesame seed long roll was super soft and a perfect vessel for the cheesesteak. + Ice Cream - Had the Black Raspberry Chocolate Chunk, Midnight Jersey Shore and Strawberry. All EXCELLENT flavors. If you love dark chocolate, the Midnight Jersey Shore is perfect. + Menu consists of a whole host of foods - fish tacos, cheesesteaks, salads, burgers, sandwiches, paninis, wraps, fried baskets, cold sandwiches, hoagies, pizza ... and, of course, refreshingly delicious ice cream! THE SERVICE ------------------- + Considering how busy and chaotic it was, all of the employees were working blazingly fast. They did warn us that it would take about 30 minutes for our food to come out because of how busy it was. + All employees were relatively courteous and helpful. THE SURROUNDINGS ------------------------------- + A lot of tables indoors and outdoors, but they fill up fast during peak summer hours. - No private parking lot, but there is a lot street parking right outside (if you can get a spot during peak summer hours). There is a public parking lot across the street too. RANDOM OBSERVATIONS -------------------------------------- = This restaurant was realllllly happening, which was a great sign. Came by at 7 PM on Labor weekend Sunday and saying that it was chaotically busy was an understatement. It was the busiest restaurant we went to BY FAR and probably one of the busiest in Beach Haven, LBI. = There are 2 lines inside, one for ice cream and one for food. = Order your food first, then grab a seat, however, you can definitely try to snag a table first, if possible. Chances are that it will take some time for your food to be prepped when it's very busy.

The atmosphere is a bit loud, but we were seated up front so that's to be expected. The table and restaurant were very clean, and the prices were very reasonable given the area and time of year. The ice cream is also good, it's not going to change your life but for the price and experience it was (and has always been) solid. We are excited to come again, and continue the tradition.
