After all this they provided me with the WRONG color (wasn't out by a huge amount was still grey, but the wrong grey) after all this I tried to come to a compromise with them as obviously I wished to have the shutters either re done in the right color to match everything else or some sort of discount for the much around, they offered a few hundred dollars off a $17,000 job. When I said that wasn't acceptable I wanted them to do something better they assumed I was trying to dodge the bill, were extremely rude and unprofessional, emailed me back and said they are removing the good will discount of a few hundred and if I didn't pay in 24 hours they would add a near $1800 late fee, I responded to them and said that wasn't acceptable I'm waiting for the general manager to come up with a fair middle ground instead I got send a new invoice with the $1800 fee added and the next morning was forwarded to E Collect a debt collection agency they use. Absolutely disgusting behaviour from what looks to be a good company. I will be pursuing this further, but in my honest opinion I would steer clear of these people. I have had shutters done on my two other houses and never had any issues like this before. I have also worked in the sales and building industry for well over a decade and have never seen a company treat its customers like this. They took $5400 deposit so they have some of the money and they will not come to a fair arrangement. To put it into perspective from memory I was only asking for approx another $1000 off the price of the total job to make it fair and Instead this is how I get treated. Ultimate shutter you are the ultimate customer service failures.

WORST company I have ever dealt with…read more Domayne sold me an outdoor table set. There were numerous manufacturing defects that I noted immediately upon receipt of the set. The table and benches had several defects. The benches often making a loud cracking sound when more than one person sits on it. They kept telling me that the "irregularities" in the table and benches were normal. We recently moved and took off the tabletop to find 22 redback spiders living inside the hollow base (as well as many other species with which we were unfamiliar). They can easily crawl out of the base to the underneath of the table from the hollow base (at the top or at the bottom as both have gaps) while we are sitting there enjoying a meal and we have five little girls. The base is literally a haven for poisonous spiders. After several email conversations with the franchise owner, she is unwilling to assist. We kindly requested a pickup and refund of the set due to safety hazard and the unreasonable danger to our children and they have repeatedly refused. They say the table couldn't possibly be a haven for spiders, but they missed the fact that the gap between the hollow base and the top is big enough to fit an entire pencil. They won't respond to any of my correspondence regarding the issue. We spent $3100 on this table set and now we basically have to throw it away. I have never had such a poor experience with any company. They have no conscience or ethics. If you read their reviews on Google, you will see this is how this company does business and treats everyone. They are friendly until they make the sale and then you are on your own. AVOID!

Some of the pieces are extremely tacky and some are extremely classy. I guess beauty is in the eye of the beholder. They do make a number of replica products that are remakes of classic furniture designs across the years. This means you can get classical designs for cheaper than otherwise. They do specify that these products are not affiliated with the original designers whatsoever but still make for very interesting pieces and designs. You could easily spend a couple of hours here deciding on what suits and there are pieces to suit a number of different budgets.

Admittedly, this is something that doesn't happen as much these days. Last thing I bought here was a dryer. A really good one. I had to decide between two very highly regarded brands, and the dude who helped me shared some of his experiences with how many had been returned and that sort of thing. He also gave me a pretty good price. I was happy with that, so I bought it.

I figured a good one should last me a long time, and actually pick stuff up. Well, I checked out The Good Guys at Moorabbin first. They had a pretty good range of some of the bigger names, and there weren't really many cheapies there, but that's ok, I was shopping for quality. One of the guys saw me browsing and came over to assist me in my quest. Really nice guy, very helpful, not annoying at all. I asked him if he could do better than the number on the price tag, and yes, he could do quite a bit better. Long story short, no, I didn't get my vaccuum here, but that's because I found the same thing elsewhere a little bit cheaper. But I had a good experience as a potential customer, so I can see myself buying things there in the future.
