He explained that I would be contacted in 48 to 72 hours to explain the process. I received text message from Hayden to go to your preferred body shop to get a quote for the repair. He explained they would bill Waves directly. A day after I dropped my vehicle off for repair I received an email the day after explaining Waves would not cover the repair to fix my new vehicle. Employees of Waves are making inaccurate statements so they don't have to cover the damage their equipment caused.

I opted for the $25 wash, which I think was the most comprehensive? The automatic wash feels really strong and powerful as well. Then the easy, do-it-yourself vacuuming bays. Honestly, I've never done this myself (ever)...but it was very easy. The only reason I'm dropping 4 stars (instead of 5) is that I had hoped that there would also be some towels and sprays for some detailing work you may be able to do at the self-service bays. Maybe I'm expecting too much?? In any case, I did bring some Wet Ones...and that helped greatly. I also wish they had an option to pay extra for someone to vacuum-clean the interior. Most recently we visited them yesterday to get our SUV washed. It's got easy access and exiting from two major streets. Everytime we visit their staff is very friendly, helpful, and professional. They have always honored us with a military 10% percent discount. The facility does a great job with cleaning the entire vehicle. With the price of the car wash, they provide you with towels for drying off your vehicle. They also have vacuum machines with 24/7 access everyday. It's a little pricier than other, similar car wash spots, but I think they know they're the only game in the area (again, I still think they're totally worth it, if I can't find my favorite). At Halloween they also do a "spooky wash" / it's not for kids, but it's a lot of fun! They have free vacuums, sprays and terry towels to take care of the interior after the exterior gets a shine! You won't be disappointed here!!
