The car was not thoroughly vacuumed, the windows remained dirty, and the door jambs were not cleaned. I had to clean the door jambs and vacuum the interior myself after returning home due to the poor quality of work. For $36, the service felt like a basic drive-through wash. I expected a higher level of attention to detail for the price. Based on this experience, I will not be returning and cannot recommend this car wash.

You call the number for problems and they simply ignore any messages you leave. I have left at least 22 messages and not a single call back. One saving grace is that I used my debit card on one visit. After having no soap I contacted my bank and explained the situation and they cancelled the debit as a fraudulent charge when they couldn't get a response either. But I am still out $16 for the one I paid in quarters. My biggest question comes from the fact they have a nice pretty sign of being a BBB member. I want to know who's tail end got kissed to get that pretty sign when they are clearly on the edge of actually committing theft from those who go to use a non-working product and the owner refuses to make an attempt to set things right.

I chose the premium wash and it was super fast but maybe too fast as the suv was very wet even after going through the super dry process so I spent a lot of time drying it off. Second, the tire shine was somewhat dull and missed the edges all the way around and the undercarriage wash didn't even clean the mud flaps. But the vacuum was good and there's plenty of stalls but this just didn't do it for me so I'll keep looking.

I really, really liked this car wash system!…read more First of all, the pricing is fairly cheap...compared to the other ones I've tried in recent years. I opted for the $25 wash, which I think was the most comprehensive? The automatic wash feels really strong and powerful as well. Then the easy, do-it-yourself vacuuming bays. Honestly, I've never done this myself (ever)...but it was very easy. The only reason I'm dropping 4 stars (instead of 5) is that I had hoped that there would also be some towels and sprays for some detailing work you may be able to do at the self-service bays. Maybe I'm expecting too much?? In any case, I did bring some Wet Ones...and that helped greatly. I also wish they had an option to pay extra for someone to vacuum-clean the interior. Also, there didn't seem to be any tipping involved here...or did I miss something? Anyway, now that I know, I'm sure to return here or other Sam's locations near me for future touch-ups. With the price of the car wash, they provide you with towels for drying off your vehicle. They also have vacuum machines with 24/7 access everyday.
