I reached out for a quote and Vasile was quick to respond and provide a quote that worked for my budget. He was very thorough in explaining the PPF process and the take it will take to install it. I highly recommend anyone who is looking for PPF installation to check this shop out. They also do other kinds of work - I am planning to change the color of my car and have PPF installed on the rest of the car end of the year. Looking forward to hiring Vasile and his team for continue work.

(Rather than a normal car wash where you are a number then on to the next. Where the highest cost package is over $30) They worked on it for about an hour. They washed. Dried. Washed my mats. I brought my model X in for a full film wrap and couldn't be happier with the results. Dominic was patient with me, answered all my questions before the work started, did a great review of the x before taking it in (pointing out all the manufacturer issues) and gave me an honest and fair market price for the job (even being so close to the city). While other detailers estimated a day or two for a full wrap, Dominic put it at a minimum of 4 days so the job could be done right and he was spot on. The vehicle paint and finish doesn't come perfect from the manufacturer so Dominic got it up to snuff. Its not just a drive in, get a wrap and drive out. Its more of a drive in, Dominic treats your car better than you would, does a patient and professional job and you drive out looking even better then you could imagine. I visited this shop for cleaning and detail work a few times, and they always did a great job. This…read moremade me think I could trust them to tint my front windows. Big mistake. After they first tinted my windows, they seemed fine, but the next day, I noticed a few things wrong. They didn't install the tint to cover the edges of the windows (see photos). This left a part of the window not tinted. I also noticed large clusters of bubbles (not water bubbles) from dirt and contamination, which meant the windows weren't properly cleaned before the tints were applied. I returned to the shop and pointed out these issues. They told me that it wasn't covered under warranty and offered to re-do the tints at half price. I was disappointed because why should I pay them again to fix their mistakes? It seemed unethical. I spoke with the owner and expressed my dissatisfaction. He said he'd talk to his installer and call me back with a resolution, but I never heard from him. I won't be returning to this business. Anyone looking to get tints should look elsewhere. I ended up paying another tint shop to completely re-do the work done here. It's a shame because I was happy with their car washing and detailing services, but the tints ruined it for me.

We had an incredibly frustrating experience with Shine Bright Auto Detailing. We brought our car in…read morefor a full detail service and paid $350, expecting a high-end, professional result. What we got was far from it. First visit: The car came back with oily mats that were dangerously slippery, the vacuuming was incomplete, and visible water stains and marks on the visors were left behind. It was clear the job was rushed and poorly done. When my husband called to address the issues, the staff promised to fix everything if we brought the car back. So we gave them a second chance. Second visit: My husband dropped the car off at 9 AM and was told he'd receive a call when it was ready. No one ever called. At 5 PM, he walked over only to find someone lounging on the couch who casually said the car was ready. After inspecting it, it was clear nothing had been done. The staff claimed they were only supposed to vacuum the car--which is outrageous. We left the car there all day, again, for nothing. We were told the poor results were due to a new employee still learning. We were understanding and gave them yet another chance after the manager personally called us, apologized, and assured us he would handle it himself. Third visit: I showed the manager the exact stains and issues before leaving the car again at 9 AM. At 3 PM, we were told it was ready. Once again, the car looked almost exactly the same. The stains I had pointed out were still there, the car was not properly vacuumed, and there were oil stains and fingerprints all over the console. The only thing they seemed to do was wash the exterior--which makes no sense, since it was raining that day. This has now taken three visits and over two full days of wasted time. We expected premium service for the premium price. What we got was something that a $40 drive-thru car wash could've done better. Do not be fooled by the positive reviews. Our experience shows a serious lack of professionalism, poor communication, and zero accountability. We will never return and absolutely do not recommend this business to anyone. Save your money and go elsewhere.
