I have security cameras throughout my house and decided to watch what they did after coming home to the house looking exactly as I left it. They were in my house for a total of 45 MINUTES and it's a 2 story 3 bed 3 bath home. They didn't vacuum the big living room rug, never moved any chairs or barstools but instead vacuumed around it. Absolutely zero dusting, didn't move anything on any surface to clean but instead cleaned around it. I have had some bad cleaning services before but omg this was by far the worst. I am now using Go 2 Girls and highly recommend. TLDR: if you want to pay $160 for someone to wipe your counters off with a dry rag then these clowns are for you! **UPDATE** I reached out after they left our house explaining the terrible job they did as well as providing supporting photos. We had the cleaning done in May and I was unable to return until late June. I would have absolutely contacted someone if we had returned within the time frame. We used Maid in Raleigh to perform a move out clean. I would normally do it myself, but I'm pregnant and tired, so we looked for a cleaning company instead. In addition to the standard move out clean, we added a couple extra services, including carpet cleaning, overall spending over $360.00. However, we realized that we wouldn't need the carpet cleaned (decided to replace it instead) but asked if they could just put that service towards the kitchen appliances instead. So to recap, we paid $360.00 to have our EMPTY house cleaned, not including the carpet. This is not a large house, barely 1100 sq ft. The company was easy to work with on the phone. We had to reschedule suddenly and they were very accommodating. In addition, the inside of our oven was filthy and looked clean (the oven came with the house and just never got around to it). However, I went up to the house for the first time last week to put some stuff together and almost started crying. I had to return the next day and reclean almost the entire downstairs. I'm not talking about the dust that can accumulate over time. I got my uncomfortable pregnant ass on the floor and cleaned ALL the dirty baseboards (still had scuff marks that were easily removed with a little scrub from a magic cleaning eraser and a solution of hot water, dawn, and vinegar), reclean the back door (same scruff marks), clean the glass stove top (which still had food debris even though no one had used it in a while) with glass top cleaner and a microfiber cloth (looked brand new once I finished and took me 5 minutes tops), wipe down the dishwasher (again had dirt built up on the sides, recleaned the outside of the fridge (same scuff marks that took about 5-7 minutes and a little effort but still easily removed), recleaned the sink as whoever cleaned it used some sort of dulling and streaking materials, (the stopper had mold in it as it wasn't cleaned out at all so I had to soak that and then used a microfiber cloth with proper cleaning solution for the rest), and do another wipe down of the cabinets as they looked almost as if they hadn't been touched at all. In the living room I had to rewipe down the shade as again as fingerprints were still all over the bottom plastic part (used a wipe and a little elbow grease and they disappeared). Basically I redid everything downstairs with the exception of the oven (although I still had to wipe down the oven doors along with the door for the drawer below.) I cleaned the grease build up on the vent above the stove. This took the most time but again, doable with a fine steel wool sponge. It was like Maid in Raleigh never showed up. My six month pregnant ass shouldn't be able to do a better job than a professional cleaner. I'm trying to figure out what I spent money on exactly as the house looked terrible. I am so angry and disappointed with this company don't recommend them to anyone.

The other person arrived about 10 mins later and asked me where the other person was. When they finished, I looked around the downstairs quickly, saw a few things and 1 of them took care of it. They rest of that day and the next day, I saw plenty of evidence to suggest the deep clean part didn't happen. There was visible dust on multiple blinds still, dust on a couple of light fixtures, coffee table bottom area extremely dusty, a few baseboards not dusted, etc... The business reached out to see how the service went and they were on it immediately to fix it. They sent another set of people a few days later with 1 of them being one of the same people from before. I walked them around, showed them the spots missed and they took care of it. All in all, it was an okay experience.
