Worst Service ever I had booked my Sky Diving reservation on 30-Aug-2014 over the phone. While booking the reservation, I had specifically stated that I want the reservation to be done in LA as I don't have a personal vehicle to commute. But even after my instructions, I was given a reservation at other places and that too twice. I called customer care as to inquire what was going on and they said that they don't have any spots in LA, and I could cancel my reservation if I want too. My question is shouldn't representative who was booking my reservation, cancelled it straight away as he did not see any spot at the time he was doing my reservation? Eventually I had to cancel the reservation and since then I am looking for refund of my hard earned money. Amount I have paid for Sky diving is $246.5 and for Video recording is $ 108.75. I have called customer care number, 18605814466, almost 50 times , and have spoken to various customer care representatives and also to the manager once. Each time I am given the same response that manager would get back to me, which he eventually does not except once. I understand that I had signed the waiver form for amount not being refundable but I did not expect that reservation would not be done in LA and I have to face such sort of trauma to get the amount refunded. I think what is happened here is not ethical at all and service offered by these guys did not match my expectations at all. I reinstate that I have been pursuing this for past two months now with much of patience and I guess I have to wait for ages on this as I still haven't received my refund. After the terrible review I left before, I have to update, because the company finally made right. About a week or so after they failed to show up for our son's birthday party and provided no explanation whatsoever, a woman from Spot Reservation reached out to my wife and couldn't have been more apologetic. She couldn't believe the way the situation was handled, and wanted to fix it. She arranged for the game bus to come to our house for two hours this past Sunday, with Spot Reservation footing the bill. I wish I had caught her name, because she was great, and they finally gave our boys the party they deserved. When all is said and done it was finally handled right, which I do appreciate, but I wish it would have been right the first time. I got my refund from the credit card company, but I had to work to fight Rush Cube. After the initial dispute, Rush Cube did reply to the credit card company, so I had to send in additional documents. After that, Rush Cube did not reply to the credit card company, so I won. Advice: 1) don't use this SCAM COMPANY, 2) if you absolutely have to use them, charge it on Amex since they have the strongest customer advocacy (I didn't, so I had to work harder). read more

DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE. I write this so if you decide not to read further, you get the idea. I guess this should teach everyone to check out Yelp before using a company. Had I read the horrible reviews I would have found another avenue to set this up. My daughter wanted to go skydiving for her 18th birthday, so we looked up local places that could happen and called the "800" number. We were directed to Rush Cube which is a subsidiary of Spot Reservation. After the most aggravating and confusing intake of information, we were told the reservations were made and we would get a confirmation within 24 hours. 48 hours later, no confirmation and since we had to pre-pay the $400 for the skydiving, I called to find out what was going on. I was put off again saying to give them another 24 hours. That came and went and again I was on the phone. Finally 5 days later confirmation came, set up for the wrong date. So I get on the phone to correct the error. This time they were very nice, corrected it and said they would send an updated confirmation, which they did.. AGAIN.. wrong date.. so again I called back.. I now figured out they were an agency and not the actual company that would be doing the flying, so I found a direct phone number and called them. They apologized and said that they had been having issues, but would take care of it.. made the changes, notified Rush Cube and then called me back to let me know we were set and all paperwork was back in order. About 2 hours later I got a new confirmation with all the correct information. So I figured the issues were done... UNTIL today, the day before the flight, we get a call from the skydiving company asking where we were.. Um.. I have a confirmation for Saturday (tomorrow) It seems AFTER it was all fixed Rush Cube sent them another older confirmation with the incorrect date and the skydiving company thought we had changed our minds and had us set up to go today. Very upset I called the local company and was told what happened, and that now they were completely booked for tomorrow. Ok, not going to accept that, I paid, I have a confirmation in hand, and we will be there and we will go up. After giving the person on the phone a pretty hard time, she recanted, and said she would adjust the schedule so they could fit us in. I have NEVER been more irate with a company than I am right this moment, and they should not be getting commission or whatever revenue stream they use, because they did NOT do their job, and had I not been checking so closely, we would have arrived there thinking all was good to go and be sitting on the runway watching others. I thought I would call Spot Reservation aka Rush Cube and give them a piece of my mind, but with my luck they would change the reservation again on me. So I end with this. This company is a scam!!! They have gone several different names using the same address. They will book your reservation wrong or for something that doesn't exist, then refuse to return your money. It took 25 phone calls, a private investigator, and an attorney before they returned my money. Check with the BBB!!! read more

Worst company EVER!!! My fiance has been dealing with them for over a YEAR now and we still haven't been able to use our reservation with them. We purchased a private hot air balloon ride and was told that the person in charge of the balloon had a stroke or heart attack the first time, the second time we called we were told it was a car accident and the person died-to this day we still get told something different. Finally after a year we are told that we can drive 3 HOURS to get the private ride OR we can do a shared one in the city we live in. That would be acceptable had they offered to credit us the 300 dollars back that was paid to do a private ride since we would be doing a share ride and it's cheaper, but if we wanted to do a private ride in the same city we live in we would have to pay 400 bucks more. How hard is it to refund someone there 300 bucks when you didn't hold up to your end of the contract? I hate to sound harsh but it's not OUR fault that someone on your end wasn't able to fulfill the contract that you put out. I would never recommend this company-all their out to do is take people's money and not be fair to their customers. Worst service I have ever had. Whatever you do don't book something with them. Find somewhere/anywhere else. They booked a skydiving trip for me at a time that was not available (and they knew it). I had to call back 33 times and was completely ignored each time. If you'd like to be scammed right before you plan to go skydiving - THIS IS THE RIGHT COMPANY FOR YOU. This is also an instance of where YOU need to be in charge of a group plan and do not let someone else do it! My friends and I planned to go skydiving. We called RushCube (Spot Reservation) to arrange our dive in Utah. Our representative's name was Patrick sitting inside a call center (you knew it was a call center because all the distracting noise in the background). He sounded and acted like such a salesman trying to sweet talk us. He messed our plan up the first time, thinking we were calling from Georgia where they were based? Next, we told him where we were and that we need some place within an hour and a half driving distance of our location. He says sure! sets it up and sends us email confirmations with receipts. I was annoyed and frustrated from the get-go. The email was overly priced compared to competitors so I called him back, why is my price so high? Says he could knock only $5 off of it. The second email we received only later (you're supposed to confirm your payment, which we did not until we could even see the itinerary) and it was bogus! A six hour round trip driving to get to our location to have no time to be prepped to even do the dive. Outrageous. We immediately called back as a group and requested refunds. We were all charged over the phone. They said we would get a call later that week (surprise, we did not) and receive our money within seven business days. Only after extreme harassment for two weeks did some of the members in my party get their money back from them. Of course we all called our credit card companies and banks to flag our account and dispute the charge immediately after talking with RushCube the first time. I am still waiting for my refund. There's a reason that RushCube only has 10 likes on their page on Facebook - BECAUSE THEY ARE GARBAGE. read more

i heard so many scam about this company, however, I had great experience last week which is latest update information! when i reserve the tandem skydiving in spot reservation, first i asked was "are you guys scam?" because tandem skydiving is pretty expensive. thus, sales person told me that spot reservation is closed by last year. they came new process position and website. so i believe them and reserve the tandem skydiving. since i reserve it the receive and statement came to my email in like 10 sec. so i wanted to making sure and confirm the statement, i called skydiving center that i will jump. and the skydiving center just got my info. so i went there skydive last weekend. the bad things was it was pretty cold, so you should wear pretty warm jacket. SCAM ALERT! I booked a video game truck birthday party for my son's 9th birthday. I paid the full amount in advance and received a confirmation. I thought I was doing business with the actually vendor but was somehow directed to Rush Cube who is apparently a 3rd party. They did not disclose that to me upfront. They also have hidden fees in the price in which the do not tell you. I contacted the vendor directly and they change $125 less than what I paid through Rush Cube. I called Rush Cube right away and they so far have not done anything to make this right. I am contacting bank and attorney generals office. Avoid these guys at all cost. They wreak havoc on me and my fellow franchisees (can I say the name here?). When they talk to a potential customer (who often finds them through a google search) they imply that they are us. They book parties knowing that a spot is taken but don't tell the customer, they up charge significantly from what we charge (again the customer thinks they're talking to the actual operator) and often they 'll book a slot then cancel it on us at the last minute leaving us with a slot we could have sold. True story: I called them once to 'mystery shop' them after a customer called me to complain that she'd been charged double. I asked her what the charge was and it was $200 more than what we charge. I kind of freaked out, investigated, couldn't find her charge on our batch reports, called back and asked what the name was. It was spot reservations. I called them pretending to be a customer from my wifes phone. The agent pretended he was our business, I gave him a date and time that I knew wouldn't work, he put me on hold and my business line rang. Said he wanted to book a party on X date at X time. I told him it was taken, he thanked me hung up and then got back on the line with me on the other phone. Told me that we were all set and wanted a credit card number to pay. At that point I told him I was only shopping and wasn't ready to commit and hung up. Honestly the balls on these guys. Telling a customer that they're good to go when there's not a chance we can show up. We maintain a forum on our companies website for franchisees to discuss issues freely and these guys come up all the time. Please, please, please do not use them. They'll charge you far more than what you would need to pay and then there's a good chance that the service you ordered will never show up. read more

How this company is in business is what I would like to know. A flying certificate was purchased for me as a special gift. Not being familiar with this company I looked it up and I just couldnt believe my girlfriend fell into this trap. I have called 10 times, 10 days in a row to use my certificate. I keep being offered a flight some 2+ hours away from my home when there is an airport 5 minutes from me! The gift was purchased with the intention of it being used at the local airport...which by the way I could go to right now and get a 30 minute flight for half the price. Every time I call a lady named Christina gives me the same story and when I request a refund I am told no refunds. HHHHOOORRRIIBBBLLLEEE!! People pay their hard earned money to be able to have a great experience and these crooks ruin it. I bought this for someone in October. Unfortunately, neither I or the person I bought it for were able to use it for a few different reasons. They had nothing available within fifty miles to do the flight. First thing I did was contact customer service. THE WORST THING TO DO WITH THIS COMPANY. They were able to do nothing in order to try to book reservation. So I asked for a refund. They said a refund was unavailable. I have called over 50 times (and have the statements to prove it) and only twice was I able to speak to a manager. Managers and supervisors have only returned my phone call once in the fifty times that I have asked for one. They called me to tell me that a refund would be issued in March. I tried to call back to confirm the address it was being sent to, as I have moved since purchase and the person that answered advised I was not being issued a refund. No one that works there knows what the other is doing i.e. I called once and asked for "Shontell" (supposed supervisor) and the person thought they put me on hold and asked a coworker if the person still worked there. No notes were placed on any of the calls that I made. The most unprofessional customer service I have ever dealt with. Finally, the last time I called they said a refund was available to me. It is now June and they finally gave me a refund. Now the check they send me has no funds!!!!!!!! Needless to say, I am so disgusted with the lack of professionalism and customer service that I am going to advise in any form I can to anyone that will listen to not do business with this company. read more

DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE!!! I paid "initially" under $400 for my mother and I to do a balloon ride two years ago. They then wanted more money to fulfill this service which I reluctantly did. After multiple attempts to do the balloon ride, it never happened due to weather and then finally no longer service in my area. I was then told I could do a spa in Miami. I have now been told that no longer exists either. I have one month left before my certificate expires. They are now discussing what services they can provide since my mom is 88 and everything they have involves hang gliding or parachuting. They refuse to give my money back and I am now trying everything possible to expose them!!! They lie, they are cheats, they disconnect you from the phone line and I am telling everyone to NEVER use this service!!!! read more

SCAM! They'll book your reservation with the wrong date, wrong location, etc... and then hide behind their "No refund" policy in order to never give your money back. They're still holding onto $1300 of mine after booking a skydiving trip a week after the date I requested. I;ve filed the charge as being fraudulent as well as filing a claim with the BBB and I am now seeking legal help. I'd give it a -5 if I could. DO NOT EVER DO BUSINESS WITH RUSH CUBE. Disappointed is an understatement. I scheduled a limo and a Denali for my wedding day. I called four times to make sure everything was on track, and it was guaranteed it was. Just the Thursday before the wedding, I was told to have no worries. Everything was planned. On my wedding day an old, rusty, "recovery" bus showed up in place of the limo because it broke down. It scares me to know how horrible the limo they planned to send was. They also had no record of the second car, and the company said they don't even own a Denali. I ended up having to drive my bride in my own car to the wedding. They completely ruined our transportation plans for the day. I would be surprised if they're still in business in a year. Nobody has even returned my phone call or email. WORST COMPANY EVER. read more
