He has never said "I want to see you 2 weeks", but always says "come back when/if you need adjusted again". He has fixed my issue every time. 10/10, would recommend.

I went to the Belpre location for the first time last week. I was asked to arrive a half hour early…read morewhich I did, with my paperwork all filled out (they send it to you in the mail); and was then seen an hour late on top of it. After being there a few minutes I received an email for their online portal they had set up as part of checking you in...my name was spelled incorrectly, which makes you wonder why they have you fill out paperwork and make copies of your insurance documents if they don't care to take the time to read them.... I didn't say anything because I am interested to see if they bill the insurance correctly. Human medicine frustrates me, they expect you to not get irritated while they make you wait an hour and a half to be seen for a scheduled appointment, but the office will charge you $20 for a late or missed appointment if it's your fault (nice double standard they make you sign as part of the paperwork they mail you). Clearly it's a scheduling and overbooking issue as my appointment was in the morning so they shouldn't have gotten that backed up. I will say that clerical issues for me can be far overlooked with good quality doctors. As a Veterinarian it's important for me to see a quality medical professional myself. I had researched the medical group and doctors before scheduling an appointment. I was very pleased with the professionalism and quality of care provided by Dr. Henry, I guess I would even say it was worth the wait (but if you're a new client how would you know). I would defiantly return should I need to. Side note, I brought film X-rays with me and none of the viewing boxes in the building had a working light.... I know in veterinary medicine it's a medical board regulation that a viewing box must be working in all exam rooms and in surgery.

Then got bill for $20. Didn't think anything about it because they have done that in the past and I had already paid it. Said it was for exam that I didn't ask for and wasn't told in advance about the charges not being covered. Will never go there again!
