They discharged my mother-in-law with almost no support or info. We never heard from her case…read moremanager except the time the case manager called my mother-in-law's phone (which she couldn't answer due to her illness). They didn't inform us about what she would need, how to provide for those needs, or who to call about it. There was a sheet with phone numbers just left in her room. While there some of the staff were good and some were bad. I remember it took me about 15 minutes to get some ice water and when I did it wasn't right anyway. Eventually a nurse came in and made the right stuff but why did it take so long? I can't think of anything to recommend this facility. There are some good staff members, but they can't undo the neglect of others. I wish it was a better facility. I wish there were no bad facilities. It set us back a week in my mother-in-law's recovery, because her week there was basically wasted, if not damaging. When we got her home they had left us in such a bad situation we ended up taking her back to the hospital before a week was up. I'm posting this review from her bedside. Look for other options in the area.

Over the years, I have relied on their specialty three times: - Almost every joint in my body became inflamed and extremely painful to move. I lost most of the function of my hands, wrists, arms, neck, knees, and ankles. Through months of grueling therapy, using their expertise, and patience, I regained full use of all I listed. Their hand therapy is amazing, BTW. (Vienna Clinic) - Broken foot...finished therapy with no pain or limp (Pike Street Clinic) - Injured one of my legs lifting heavy things into a truck...so much pain and dysfunction. I walked like a pirate with that leg. It was very complicated to treat because it involved my knee, hamstring, hip, and back. After months of therapy, I exited their care, today, fully functional! (Vienna Clinic) *I also finished my treatment for TMJD there when my therapist moved to FSPT from another company. He has been trained by a worldclass expert in TMJD. Parkersburg and FSPT are fortunate to have him. The office staff, technician, Physical Therapist Assistants, and Physical Therapists works as a team for the good of the client. I am walking proof, literally! I think I need a membership card (if they offered one)! Thank you, FSPT! You all are amazing!
