FSPT has saved my life multiple times. I would be a crumple up mess without their care. They never…read moregive up, listen to the client, and thoughtfully adapt and fine tune treatment, as needed. Over the years, I have relied on their specialty three times: - Almost every joint in my body became inflamed and extremely painful to move. I lost most of the function of my hands, wrists, arms, neck, knees, and ankles. Through months of grueling therapy, using their expertise, and patience, I regained full use of all I listed. Their hand therapy is amazing, BTW. (Vienna Clinic) - Broken foot...finished therapy with no pain or limp (Pike Street Clinic) - Injured one of my legs lifting heavy things into a truck...so much pain and dysfunction. I walked like a pirate with that leg. It was very complicated to treat because it involved my knee, hamstring, hip, and back. After months of therapy, I exited their care, today, fully functional! (Vienna Clinic) *I also finished my treatment for TMJD there when my therapist moved to FSPT from another company. He has been trained by a worldclass expert in TMJD. Parkersburg and FSPT are fortunate to have him. The office staff, technician, Physical Therapist Assistants, and Physical Therapists works as a team for the good of the client. I am walking proof, literally! I think I need a membership card (if they offered one)! Thank you, FSPT! You all are amazing!

I am so grateful for Dr. Jeff Garvey and his many years of care for my health . I owned my own…read moreconstruction company in Parkersburg WV for many years, back injuries for myself and crew where common. We needed to get back to work quickly. Jeff helped educate me on specialized muscle building and stretching exercises I could do on my own. I am so grateful Dr. Garvey learned extra sports medicine training years ago. His detailed sports injury knowledge other chiropractors do not has set him apart in my recovery time! Many years later after moving out of state I stopped by for a visit, Jeff got me right in for some x-rays and maintenance back work on me. . Jeff said "let's see what we can learn with my x-ray equipment". When he put up the film on the screen I was in shock, I just about started to cry. My spine was a crocked mess. I could see everything clearly what other chiropractors had missed and never treated me for! Once again Dr. Jeff Garvey, looked me in the eyes and said, "Together we can improve these areas, but you bill must do the exercises ". Jeff was right, the few simple and detailed training methods have stopped the pain. Better yet I still have ( the worn out printed copy's) and preform these exercises to maintain my spine health. I almost forgot Jeff does much more than just back adjustments. He has helped me with all sorts of ankle sprains, tennis and carpenter elbow recovery, shoulders stress, and knee rehab. I know this is a long review. Well Jeff has been helping me since he opened his doors in 1983. He has helped me improve, maintain and enjoy my full healthy life through his skills. Thank you Jeff, so very much.

I was a patient here for over a year and asked on multiple occasions whether I owed anything--every…read moretime I was told no. No statements, no notices, and I was encouraged to continue booking appointments, even bringing my daughter. Then, out of nowhere, I was told I owed $1,700. When I asked Dr. Callie how this was possible, I was told it was due to staff turnover and poor training on how to check account balances. She admitted the mistake, but instead of taking accountability, she offered me a 40% discount like it was a favor. Communication was extremely difficult. It took an incredibly long time to get simple responses (this entire situation went on for literal years.) I was even mistakenly sent to collections--which had to be retracted - because even her lawyer was not communicating properly. Based on my experience, I wouldn't recommend this practice. Transparency and responsibility are severely lacking.
