Excel in Waldwick is awesome! I'm finishing an extended rehab following double knee replacement…read moresurgery and I've received excellent care from every single person I worked with - from my PT Nicole to all the assistants and other PTs. They all are caring, supportive and always upbeat, even when I was discouraged and/or in pain. In addition to my own excellent care, I was able to observe them working with other patients who had a variety of issues and injuries. They were always professional and seemed to be highly skilled. They also have good Covid protocols and keep things safe and clean. I can't thank them enough for taking care of me during this tough (but ultimately successful) recovery!

All I can say is that these guys are aces. I remain competitive in my sport at age 69 (placed 7th in my age group at the Aquabike World Championship in 2016 and looking to go back to Worlds again next year). Their knowledge and understanding of how my body works is incredible and the friendly, caring attention of everyone on staff is unmatched. I've used a couple of other places for PT before going to Excel, and I can comfortably say that they are unmatched in the knowledge, caring, and friendly staff categories!

I have run the gambit of doctors in the hopes of finding pain relief for ten years. My issues are…read moreheadaches, muscle locking, back pain and nerve pain issues. Tried pain management medications, creams, physical therapy, and my current primary care Doc, who I love, did spinal manipulations which provided temporary relief, At first I was concerned about Chiropractic Care, but when meeting with Dr. Mike and seeing what he did for my brother I gave it a try. In 10 years I have not made the process that I have made in 1 year working with Dr. Mike. My headaches have been reduced to once a month vs half the month. Some months all I have is tension no headache this is huge for me. Dr. Mike is excellent, great bed side manor, and he looks at the whole body to understand at a deep level of whats going on to correct the issues. He also has great technique on the way he does his manipulations, the strongest hands I have seen, You have to commit to the process and treatments to get relief, if not you wont get results. Believe I know, when I don't do my exercises and stretches the pain comes back. If you have muscular skeletal pain or pain in which your not getting relief go no further, and give Performance Health a call.
