The thought of trying to motivate a young child to do PT after such a major surgery was daunting. As his sports therapist, Steve had the perfect balance of patience, understanding, and encouragement. While Steve supported my son, he also pushed him in a firm, safe and kind way. It was amazing to witness the hard work he inspired. You could really tell he truly cares about his patients and their recovery. They collected my insurance information and got back to me right away to let me know they accepted my insurance (note: I called many facilities prior and not 1 was in network with mine and luckily they were here).
